RE: Revenue it is ok, but there are too many ways. I always lost my direction. The elevator has some problem, i suggest you fix it as soon as possible. it is very inconvenient.

Good price compared to similar units in Boston/Cambridge/Somerville Internal temp on a hot (~84°F) day was comfortable. Decently clean Covered area for parking and unloading Plenty of hand carts Cons: Small area for parking and load in. Corridors and entries for many units are narrow, especially since the occupancy is currently pretty high
