Too expensive I really have a problem for being a good loyal customer I get hit with a large increase every year.
A superb storage facility. I never thought I would need storage, but....The young man that checked me in was very helpful (last name Huebner) super polite and set up so easy. The hours are great. its clean and safe.

Price Raised but Good Service Good service and product, but the price was raised relatively recently since I joined.
Pricing I have had this unit i believe 4 years. Price has went up almost $40 per month in 4 years. Seems excessive.
price gouging Prime Storage bought what used to be a great local storage facility. then it went downhill. The price recently went up from 234 a month to 346 a month - 50% increase. $56 more per month for a climate controlled 10x20 than Life Storage in Hampton Falls
