Wonderful storage facility. Chad is absolutely the best! Any issues he is on it. Need help upgrading your unit he is your guy. I have stored my items in other facilities and no place compares to Prime. I have been at this location for years. The unit prices are fair. Bathroom always clean. We downsized to a smaller unit. Things went seamlessly. The staff was most helpful throughout the process and Chad was very accommodating in regard to our needs. The new unit floor was a bit dirty, and it was quickly swept.
Larry and Chad have been so helpful with every aspect of my storage experience. I highly recommend prime storage of Port Jefferson. Moving can be a stressful time and they have made it all simple and stress free. They are always proffessional and always greet me with a smile and any help I need they are right there! The place was clean and accessible. What I didn't like was months after I signed up, I was sent a new rental rate which went from $171 to $275. This was rediculous. I negotiated it down to $236 but it incentivized me into getting out asap.
