Nice storage facility, but I was just informed that the prices are going up. I’ve only had my items there for around 2 months. Guess I’ll have to downsize or check out other options.
So we needed a storage unit for business and we went into prime storage and we were given excellent assistance by Chad who helped us find the proper storage unit to meet our needs in a very timely manner. We highly recommend.
My experience with Chad is always a pleasure. He is honest and chill and tries to be accommodating. The company has increased me $38 and I've only been there 3 months. It's crap. I'm going to downsize n move out. That's my plan. I did speak w Chad and he worked w me. I'm thankful, but I feel this terror of the next bill amount every month, and I do not need the extra stress.
