This has got to be one of the cleanest and secure storage places I've been too. Professional and polite staff are always there to help you with anything.
Omg. This place is definitely the lowest I've ever rented. Chad helped me with everything and had excellent customer service. He also showed me like a map to my unit lol.. this place is clean and well taken cared of. 5 stars
I was recently emailed about my rent being increased. With one phone call I was able to get it to where I was comfortable with and the same price as previous months. Prime storage is professional and accommodating to their tenants. The place is clean and secure for my classic car. I recommend to anyone who needs a storage unit big or small to give prime storage is Port Jefferson station a try.
Been using this facility for about a year the manager, Chad is awesome, super helpful and really goes above and beyond! Highly recommend utilizing prime storage for anybody looking to store their belongings in a secure well managed environment.
