The storage facility is generally well run and the staff are helpful to me when I have a need. The on-site manager, Chad, has always been able to address my questions or issues in a reasonable manner. If you have fair expectations for the overall facility, I would expect you to be satisfied. The elevators, halls and open units are kept reasonably clean. My experience with prime storage has been great over the past 2 mos. First and foremost the facility is extremely clean. I also like the fact that I can back my truck up almost to the elevator access & there are a few different size carts avaliable to load my belongings onto. I was referred by a friend who's had multiple size units for a number of years now , without any issues.
I've had a great experience for many years with Prime Storage in Port Jeff Station. The facility is clean, secure, and well-maintained, but what really sets it apart is the outstanding customer service. Chad, the manager, is incredibly helpful and always goes out of his way to assist however he can. He’s professional, friendly, and truly cares about making the storage process easy and stress-free. Highly recommend this location—especially thanks to Chad!
I am renting a unit long distance; via the internet & phone (which is not usually an easy task), I found this to be unlike the others I called to make an "inquiry" with details and most just wanted to over talk you and/or try talking you into something before you can think about it.
