Better than most storage places but annoyed that i thought I locked in a rate of $323 in november but had the rent increase 3 months later to $380. Just be prepared that you will likely pay more than you expect to or initially agreed upon.
I moved in 2022 and needed extra space to store my paintings in various sizes and other important items. I chose Prime Storage for their professionalism, willingness to help, and answering any questions I had. The facility is bright and clean, which is a big plus. Billing was flawless. Five stars to management and staff at the Port Jefferson location.
