Omg. This place is definitely the lowest I've ever rented. Chad helped me with everything and had excellent customer service. He also showed me like a map to my unit lol.. this place is clean and well taken cared of. 5 stars
The storage facility is generally well run and the staff are helpful to me when I have a need. The on-site manager, Chad, has always been able to address my questions or issues in a reasonable manner. If you have fair expectations for the overall facility, I would expect you to be satisfied. The elevators, halls and open units are kept reasonably clean. I was recently emailed about my rent being increased. With one phone call I was able to get it to where I was comfortable with and the same price as previous months. Prime storage is professional and accommodating to their tenants. The place is clean and secure for my classic car. I recommend to anyone who needs a storage unit big or small to give prime storage is Port Jefferson station a try.
Chad at the front desk was awesome today I asked for a different storage unit. He said absolutely helped me every step of the way I will always come back to do business at prime storage.
My experience with prime storage has been great over the past 2 mos. First and foremost the facility is extremely clean. I also like the fact that I can back my truck up almost to the elevator access & there are a few different size carts avaliable to load my belongings onto. I was referred by a friend who's had multiple size units for a number of years now , without any issues.
