Chad helped me. He was great! He communicated super well with myself and my moving team. Made my move much less stressful. The facility is also super clean and well maintained. It was really hot outside. However, the facility has a covered loading dock so you and/or your movers don’t have to be out in the sun. The place is also very well air conditioned. I feel very comfortable with storing my stuff here and will come back in the future for other storage needs.
This has got to be one of the cleanest and secure storage places I've been too. Professional and polite staff are always there to help you with anything.
Best place to store your cars, boats and RVs on the island. With the limited parking around and ridiculous marina storage costs, better keep your vehicles at Prime Port Jefferson.
Rob Munster and Chad and Sara were all very helpful for what was a flawless execution of my need for space. We did it all in a quick day and moved our goods into the storage facility in Port Jefferson Station. I can only highly recommend this firm.. Thank you prime storage!!
When I signed up, I was told I was going to get a month free (not that I went there looking for that) but I ended up paying full price for unit and insurance. What free month? BS. Their garage door has been busted for two weeks already. No excuse. Other than that, my stuff is stored and so, it's a means to an end.
