I've had a great experience for many years with Prime Storage in Port Jeff Station. The facility is clean, secure, and well-maintained, but what really sets it apart is the outstanding customer service. Chad, the manager, is incredibly helpful and always goes out of his way to assist however he can. He’s professional, friendly, and truly cares about making the storage process easy and stress-free. Highly recommend this location—especially thanks to Chad!
I am renting a unit long distance; via the internet & phone (which is not usually an easy task), I found this to be unlike the others I called to make an "inquiry" with details and most just wanted to over talk you and/or try talking you into something before you can think about it. Better than most storage places but annoyed that i thought I locked in a rate of $323 in november but had the rent increase 3 months later to $380. Just be prepared that you will likely pay more than you expect to or initially agreed upon.
