Clean, convenient and controlled temperature. Easy to access and they do a great job on any communications. A little more automatic lighting above the units would be good. Overall, a good location and value.
Facility is state of the art and beautiful- I'm rating the facility low because once you move in they slowly increase your rent with automatically sent notices. At first it was every 4 months or so, now it feels like every month and I'm paying almost 50% more then when I initially enrolled. I moved out last month.
Melinda, the officer in charge was tremendous helpful with my needs and decision making to rent a unit that is reliable for me I would highly recommend this Storage Company for it’s friendless cleaning and convenience It makes it easier when we can communicate with people that care about our privacy and safety
The people working at Prime Storage Maynard were really outstanding. They were efficient, cooperative, and friendly. They followed up and answered questions. The facility was easy to access and clean. We were very impressed.
The staff was exceedingly pleasant and very helpful. They were very attentive and explained everything. I was shown different units with no pressure to choose. I was very happy with my decision. The whole experience was very enjoyable. It is also a very clean facility.
