Amazing customer service. First of all, absolutely no bugs detected in this storage unit like I have experienced in the past. Furthermore, Jason was extremely helpful with a ton of information regarding pricing, operations, and scheduling, and went above and beyond his job to even provide me with his personal straps to secure one of my (pickup truck) loads when removing items from my storage (as my load was not close to being safe without a strap). I have been renting 10X10 climate controlled unit in Chattanooga prime storage for 4 years. My payments keep increasing. I’m currently paying $158.00 a month. The website shows this same unit renting for $60.00 a month. I am set up on auto pay. I’m paying almost $100.00 more a month than their going rate. I could also rent a larger unit the 10X20 climate controlled is still less than what my rate is. This is disgusting to treat a long term customer. I am making arrangements to remove my belongings.
