The two managers do a terrific job of putting friendly human faces on a huge storage corporation. They tell you the truth about where the corporation is flexible and where they are not. You can't expect more than that these days. Highly recommended due to the two onsite managers Phil & Steven!
This is a great storage facility. I had a 10X30 and all my belongings stored here for about 5 months while my house was being built. Customer service was wonderful. I highly recommend this storage facility if you need one in the Menifee, CA. area.
Storage lockers are clean, except for some leaves and dust that gets blown in. Make sure to bring a broom on your first day moving in. Phil, the owner is really nice and accommodating. He made us feel welcome even during the move out process.
Have had our travel trailer stored at the Prime facility in Menifee/Murrieta for almost 3 years. Excellent facility, very clean, secure with a great setup for our TT. Covered storage space was excellent. If that wasn't enough the staff have been fantastic! Great customer service and very responsive. They get my highest recommendation!
We appreciated the service we received from PRIME STORAGE in Menifee CA. We had rented for 6 months with no issues or damage to our belongings.
