I investigated getting a storage unit here, and got pretty far into the process before I saw their mandatory $18/mo insurance for stored goods. I did not finish signing up. Several weeks later, I noticed that they had charged me for the unit anyway without a signed lease. I called and explained what had happened and was promised a call back. Needed to get a storage for work, walked in and was greeted by a virtual assistant Jorge S. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Made doing the walk through to see the unit and then completing the transactions super easy and fast. I was completely done and ready to move stuff in about 15 mins. Definitely recommend the easiest storage rental I’ve done so far.
The facility is sufficient. There’s no staff, it’s all automated. Beware of rapidly increasing rates. I started at $190 plus a boatload of fees in February so about ~$225. They increased in April for a new total of $256. Another increase is coming in August to $268.
