OUTSTANDING! We just wrapped up our time with Prime Storage after 5 years and our entire time with them was amazing. BUT I came on to give this review about one employee in particular. Yesterday I needed FedEx to come pick up several boxes of files from our unit, and ship them out. When they arrived we realized we had a misunderstanding about who prints the labels.
