Process was fast and simple young man on the counter introduced me to the virtual manager and he was very nice and gave me a best deal. Young men was very friendly and smart. Even after having issues with door code software they refunded what they charged. Lady reached out to me and apologized. Very clean place & nice employees.
I investigated getting a storage unit here, and got pretty far into the process before I saw their mandatory $18/mo insurance for stored goods. I did not finish signing up. Several weeks later, I noticed that they had charged me for the unit anyway without a signed lease. I called and explained what had happened and was promised a call back.
