I had an outstanding experience at this Prime Storage location, largely thanks to the manager. From my first inquiry, they were incredibly professional, patient, and knowledgeable. I recently visited one of the storage facility as a new customer, and I was initially concerned when I arrived to find that there was no one on staff at the time.
