We needed a storage unit after the hurricane flooded our house. The Prime Storage facility was convenient. The sign up was easy. Access was easy and it was climate controlled. There are plenty of carts to move your things in and out. The people we dealt with were very friendly and helpful. Five stars!
Process was fast and simple young man on the counter introduced me to the virtual manager and he was very nice and gave me a best deal. Young men was very friendly and smart. Even after having issues with door code software they refunded what they charged. Lady reached out to me and apologized. Very clean place & nice employees.
