OUTSTANDING! We just wrapped up our time with Prime Storage after 5 years and our entire time with them was amazing. BUT I came on to give this review about one employee in particular. Yesterday I needed FedEx to come pick up several boxes of files from our unit, and ship them out. When they arrived we realized we had a misunderstanding about who prints the labels. I been here since 2016 and The storage and location it’s really nice. It’s clean and everything. The only thing I don’t like about this place is the Management the general manager I can’t remember his name. But he was so rude when me and my friends and I are moving all of my stuff and then we’re asking him about the trash how much is it and all that and then he told my friend I’ll give you guys a discount if you pay cash so my friend paid cash that way they don’t have to charge me full amount on my cc .
