Wow! What an amazing storage facility. I’ve never seen anything like this in my life! It used to be a dairy farm very interesting. So secure the staff was so friendly made me feel right at home and so comfortable. I recommend this to everyone come out here and get yourself a storage unit! Make sure you talk to Laquayle she is awesome. She’ll take care of you. She’s a very special person!
Moved in back in October at $56 monthly and was told there could be a rate increase around 6 months. By January 12th the rate increased to over $150 with only an email sent to warn. I called and spoke with the “manager” and was told that was standard and I should be happy because my rate was already below market rate. My fiance also has a unit there and apparently they did the same to that unit. Very shady business practices would not recommend
I am a customer of Prime Storage and I park a storage trailer at this location. Everyone I have talked to at this location are all very knowledgeable and helpful. I appreciate the leadership by Laquel and left a review for her when we got started. This review is dedicated to Jan who was able to seamlessly resolve an issue with finesse. I would like to thank Prime storage for employing Jan and I recognize him as a leader and one who is proactive with customer service.
I had such a great experience. Laquayle was absolutely amazing so patient, kind, and understanding throughout the whole process. She really took the time to help me, and made me fell very supported the entire way. I truly appreciate their professionalism and the care they showed me. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent service and someone that will work with them.
LaQuayle the property manager for Prime Storage is Outstanding! Very knowledge and helpful. I went to several vehicle storage companies. By far LaQuayle gave the BEST customer service. She is a great asset for your company. This property is Gated, Camera's and Security ! Thank You LaQuayle !!!!
