Wow! What an amazing storage facility. I’ve never seen anything like this in my life! It used to be a dairy farm very interesting. So secure the staff was so friendly made me feel right at home and so comfortable. I recommend this to everyone come out here and get yourself a storage unit! Make sure you talk to Laquayle she is awesome. She’ll take care of you. She’s a very special person!
I am very disappointed with Prime Storage of Oakland Park. When we first decided to engage we clearly stated we would need 24/7 access to get to our parked storage trailer. We were told since we only use the trailer 1 time a month and only need access once a month they would wave the charge. After the first 3 months we were locked outside of the unity at 4am and with a crew of men and lost a lot of $$$ paying them to stand around and requesting they come back the next day wasting wages and added an extra day on our Uhaul. Moved in back in October at $56 monthly and was told there could be a rate increase around 6 months. By January 12th the rate increased to over $150 with only an email sent to warn. I called and spoke with the “manager” and was told that was standard and I should be happy because my rate was already below market rate. My fiance also has a unit there and apparently they did the same to that unit. Very shady business practices would not recommend
