My experience started off great but then I was late on my payment. After only a couple days they locked me out of my unit and wouldn't work with me at all. Even though i pay my unit on time every month.Then I received an email stating the units price will go up by $40. Sorry but no....I found a better unit that's closer, bigger and under $100.
Prime Storage in Tradition is well maintained and clean. The staff, especially Lisa and Dan, are so nice! They are professional, cooperative and considerate...not to mention patient while having to explain the details of our rental. 😉
