I stopped in today to possibly rent a storage unit. And I was greeted by Jessica. What a wonderful, kind, and professional person. After meeting her I had no doubt that I was going to rent at Prime Storage. The facility was so clean and well maintained. I look forward to storing my personal items there.
This is the only place I will go for my storage needs. I was having trouble reserving online and the website, was not helpful. It promised one thing then upped the price when you were prompted to type in your card. I was quite upset with it and I tried a few times and even messed up the counts of units available for rental. However, when I went inside Prime storage and Jessica was able to get me everything I was promised online, and was not mad at me for trying online more than several times to reserve my own unit. The facility and the unit is clean and secure. They do provide 2 or 3 carts to help move belongings but they are on the very small side! I couldn't get a small dresser to sit stable on the carts. So bring your own!!
I have used a number of storage facilities. This one is nice and tidy. Great prices and they are very upfront about their policies and operations. I will definitely be staying with this company and this location as long as I am in need of storage. Jessica the property manager is super friendly and showed me two units to choose from. This definitely made my move in process a breeze👍🏼
