The price keeps changing. I originally moved in for about $130 a month for an RV spot. It’s two months later I got a letter stating that they want to raise my rent to $220. Additionally, I’ve had to prove I have insurance on three separate occasions. Despite submitting the paperwork immediately, I keep getting threatened with an expensive low benefit coverage that they are trying to force on to my account.
Rented short term here and had a great experience. Staff is helpful, facility very secure, the process of renting it was streamlined and transparent. United come in different sizes for your needs. Highly recommend if you need something in the State College area.
I contacted them after my daughter was settled in her apartment. I was able to do everything over the phone without any problems! The female employee I spoke with was very helpful.
Prime Storage in State College was convenient, affordable, and easy to use. I reserved the space a month in advance to ensure availability and was able to pay the entire contract up front. We stored our daughter's items there for the entire summer. The check in process was easy and seamless. We will definitely use them for our future storage needs.
It was ok, but beware! If you don’t give a 15 day notice before your lease is terminated. They will charge 35$ for cancellation, and they don’t tell you about this 15 day notice until you move out. So watch out and DONT FORGET about the 15 days notice
