Honestly, this is the worst time to ask me for this review. But I’ll give one anyway. Today, my husband and I made a trip to our newly-leased unit. We’ve been making trips all week long, multiple times per day. Everything has been fine. Today, we noted moisture on the door and throughout our unit. We promptly reported it. My unit is clean and door works great.the plowing and safety needs work. I've had to call because of cleanup work.also my unit rates were raised ,after a few calls they were restored.

Since Prime Storage bought out our LOCAL storage Co, the rates have DOUBLED! Alot of us "elderly" & "disabled" live on VERY fixed incomes. Let me ask you a question. Would you like it if a storage company raised the price to store your Mother's or Grandma's family heirlooms? I have been disabled for over 20 years. There's no "raise" in my future. Perhaps you could consider a discount for the elderly and disabled. TY for listening.
