I came in with my friend looking for a storage unit with his car, we weren’t sure if we were going to buy a unit before arriving. We arrived and talked about wanting a 10x15 unit. This very nice gentleman Stephen, seems like he is a little new, super helpful. He walked us around to two of their available units showed us the units, we decided on one and then he walked us back inside and checked us out. Since Prime Storage bought out our LOCAL storage Co, the rates have DOUBLED! Alot of us "elderly" & "disabled" live on VERY fixed incomes. Let me ask you a question. Would you like it if a storage company raised the price to store your Mother's or Grandma's family heirlooms? I have been disabled for over 20 years. There's no "raise" in my future. Perhaps you could consider a discount for the elderly and disabled. TY for listening.
My unit is clean and door works great.the plowing and safety needs work. I've had to call because of cleanup work.also my unit rates were raised ,after a few calls they were restored.
Aaron has been wonderful to work with whenever I came across a question or problem I couldn't solve. He is so helpful and always has the answer I need. My only problem is, I worry about is the cost increase the company does yearly. I'm retired and live on a monthly budget. The cost increase is more than I receive from SS increases.
Convenient, local, well secured. Prices increased substantially over a few years. Was a loyal customer for 5 years. Paid on the 1st of the month, cleaned out unit on the 2nd of same month. Was not offered a prorate return on payment
