Honestly, this is the worst time to ask me for this review. But I’ll give one anyway. Today, my husband and I made a trip to our newly-leased unit. We’ve been making trips all week long, multiple times per day. Everything has been fine. Today, we noted moisture on the door and throughout our unit. We promptly reported it. The manager offered to let us move to another unit, but it was wet out all day and we genuinely thought a resolution would be found today as it’s a huge building of wet units. This was a last minute rental after our previous storage location did not work out well. The experience could not have been better! Very helpful staff, the location and unit is extremely clean with good security, and the pricing very reasonable. We definitely plan to use Prime Storage for our short term summer needs over the next several years!
Friendly, courteous and very professional. Aaron Spaulding walked us through the process, answered all our questions, explained all our options and gave us a good deal. Definitely a cut above the interactions we have had with other businesses. Highly recommend Prime Storage in Exeter NH
My unit is clean and door works great.the plowing and safety needs work. I've had to call because of cleanup work.also my unit rates were raised ,after a few calls they were restored.
Great customer service, units were clean and well maintained. Will definitely use this location for all my storage needs moving forward.
