Anita was persistent and helpful to the extreme with a friendly and almost folksy personality and positive approach. Willing to assist in an way. Location lucky to have her as an employee.

Had to rent a storage unit last minute for a family emergency. Prime storage was clean close and affordable. But the real star of the show was Stephen. Stephen went out of his way to be courteous helpful and professional.Whatever hes making he should probably get a raise. I would highly recommend the Eldersburg facility.

When I was looking for storage for my small business in June 2025, I visited Prime Storage in Eldersburg and asked for one 10x30 unit. Since none were available, I was offered two 10x20 units instead. The initial price was well outside my budget, so I politely declined and explained that my maximum budget was $500 per month. Jeff, the District Manager, then offered several discounts, and we ultimately agreed on two units at $252 each per month.
