Anita was persistent and helpful to the extreme with a friendly and almost folksy personality and positive approach. Willing to assist in an way. Location lucky to have her as an employee.

Had to rent a storage unit last minute for a family emergency. Prime storage was clean close and affordable. But the real star of the show was Stephen. Stephen went out of his way to be courteous helpful and professional.Whatever hes making he should probably get a raise. I would highly recommend the Eldersburg facility.
