I found the process to rent a unit was very seamless, quick and easy. The staff was very friendly, professional and polite. The unit was clean and is easily accessible 7 days a week 365 days a year.
I’ve met two of the local managers and both couldn’t have been more helpful. When I approached them about matching a price I found elsewhere they were very professional about it. They checked with their regional manager and got back to me with a competitive rate. Place is spotless. Easy access. Really convenient for me. Seems very secure with each unit alarmed.
Lynn and the entire staff was so helpful and patient as I downsized my storage unit. 3 days of sorting through bins and reorganizing. So happy with the end result. Highly recommend Prime storage.
