This storage facility is pretty darn good! John in the office at South Ferry Road was easy to talk to, understanding, and very helpful. We definitely recommend.

Lynn and the entire staff was so helpful and patient as I downsized my storage unit. 3 days of sorting through bins and reorganizing. So happy with the end result. Highly recommend Prime storage.
I’ve met two of the local managers and both couldn’t have been more helpful. When I approached them about matching a price I found elsewhere they were very professional about it. They checked with their regional manager and got back to me with a competitive rate. Place is spotless. Easy access. Really convenient for me. Seems very secure with each unit alarmed.
