I’ve met two of the local managers and both couldn’t have been more helpful. When I approached them about matching a price I found elsewhere they were very professional about it. They checked with their regional manager and got back to me with a competitive rate. Place is spotless. Easy access. Really convenient for me. Seems very secure with each unit alarmed.
Representative was great with assisting me with my needs, and advised on how to get the most value for my $$$. Made it very easy for my daughter to store her belongings for the summer while coming home from college.
Prime storage is clean, conveniently located, and offered us a good price for a storage unit. John was super helpful and accommodating as we moved our things in.
Our rental and move in experience was smooth and the staff, particularly John, were very helpful. At the last minute we needed more space and they worked with us to rent an additional smaller unit so that we did not incur additional costs with our moving company.
Rented from here while daughter was at URI. Best investment! Clean, temperature controlled and extremely nice staff. Definitely beats bringing stuff back and forth!
