After only 2 months of renting a unit I found out the price went up by $60!! I am shocked! The first question my dad asked before I signed up was how much does it go up and we were told “it’s never gone up more than $20 or so” I feel completely mislead and will be looking for a new unit to rent elsewhere if they do not fix this. It is very unsettling for this to happen by this much!

Clean, climate controlled, accessible. Helpful and friendly staff. Used them several times over the years, would do it again.
Reserved a storage unit when I arrived they stated that u didn’t sign contract yet they already charged my credit card tried to say price was no longer valid Would not give me code to enter Had to go elsewhere paying double They said they would credit my card never did in fact charge my card again said I never cxld I’m how do I cancel a reservation I was told I never signed Was told manger would call me never did after several calls they said they decided not to refund me sorry Had to dispute with credit card Worst customer ... read more
The storage units themselves are very good. Recently the cost per month for both indoor and outdoor storage units have been raised just a little but not too much👍
