Prime storage is horrible I would never recommend anyone to this facility I fell on some hard times and was behind on my rent I did everything I could to get them to work with me I was homeless living in my car I asked about payment options so I could work on paying down my balance and absolutely not they couldn't do that so after 2 months of being late I had the money to pay off the balance almost $700 about $300 for the rent and the rest was fees they just kept adding on anyway I called prime and asked if I could pay with ... read more
Prime storage is all about stealing your money even if you pay for your services up front they will overcharge you in fraudulent charges. Pissed off consumer is a list of people who have been abused by these people. I go in every year I pay for my storage for 1 year never been a problem ever and I've been doing this for about 9 years. I had a terrible experience at Eddy Rd. My unit was not secure. Easy to remove door pins. Unlocked access doors. I had multiple break ins. They continued to tell me they were working on securing the building but it never happened on my timeline after several weeks/ months. The right thing to do would have been to drastically reduce or eliminate rent until the building was secure. They did offer some rent relief but not nearly enough in my opinion.
