Have 2 units, over 1 year in, and been very pleased with the cleanliness and security. The staff is always very helpful. Besides raising their rates and no longer guaranteeing locked in rate for 1 year (if paid in advance), no complaints here. Scoured the area when researching the best storage facility and this truly is the best option for indoor / temperature controlled environment. Would highly recommend.
It’s been a GREAT 2 years!!! I want to personally recognize the staff at Prime Storage fr going way beyond their duties! Miss Angie who seems to work EVERYDAY, was the most polite, sincere, passionate young lady who made sure I had everything I needed during my stay. She always helped when needed, and always had a smile on her face when called upon! Thanks again, Miss Angie for making my transition smooth and stress free!
I have had my lease for about 2 months. They will just “adjust” your rent two months after joining for $30 or more. The introductory pricing are a JOKE. Nice storage units but Uhaul is more clear with pricing. Agents are nice but I would not suggest Prime Storage.
The facility is clean and organized with extra hand carts available to move items up in the elevator and down a hall between units. I was offered a fair price. They were having computer problems the day I reserved and paid, but everyone was polite, worked on the difference in dates and charges in which the system errors, and the district manager helped even though it is their busy season. It's a good place.
Sam and Angie are awesome! Made my moms move in so easy and effortless! You need more people working for the company like these 2 ladies
