Loved the staff and the facility. So clean, well kept and great for what I needed. Love the security and access. Have carts at entrance which is a great help. The staff was so helpful. Would recommend !

My experience with you was horrid. It was OK for the first year, but in the second, I thought I had been paying automatically but apparently wasn’t. You say you contacted me. I see no evidence of that. And you sold thousands of dollars of my belongings, including all my family photos, four chairs belonging to my parents, dining set and all my Christmas decorations. So no. You don’t wanna know what my experience with you have has been.

There's never anyone there. It's dirty. Doors are always broken. It's supposed to be climate controlled, but we had heat damage to some of our items. We also had water damage to some board game boxes that were on a high shelf. I have no idea how that happened. They get you in by offering a fair rate, then they continually raise the rate every few months (by larger amounts) until you get peeved off and leave. Easy Peezy lemon squeezy! Zach was very helpful and I was out of there in less than 15 minutes with my unit secured. Very helpful bunch don’t shy away.
