Loved the staff and the facility. So clean, well kept and great for what I needed. Love the security and access. Have carts at entrance which is a great help. The staff was so helpful. Would recommend !
Easy and clean facility. Sign up was also easy. Just a bummer that within just one month, they raised the prices on us already and now all our belongings are already there so we’re stuck paying until we move.
My belongings were safe there, and it is a very clean facility with carts to help move items in and out. There wasn’t a dumpster onsite, which was inconvenient when moving in/moving out. For the price, not having to haul my trash and decorations I’d decided not to keep somewhere else would have been appreciated. Lastly, and this may be common with storage rentals….but the price hiked several times during my two years there. Make sure there is something in your contract setting a fixed rate.
Terrible terrible, the employee i personally feel he didn’t help me. I personally Will be looking for storage elsewhere! Would not recommend! And I waited over an hour for him to come back. Please consider a storage elsewhere if needing one because this location on maize in Wichita ks is not it. Also after this review while my parents and I were in my storage unit he came and confronted me said I lied and slandered his reputation. There's never anyone there. It's dirty. Doors are always broken. It's supposed to be climate controlled, but we had heat damage to some of our items. We also had water damage to some board game boxes that were on a high shelf. I have no idea how that happened. They get you in by offering a fair rate, then they continually raise the rate every few months (by larger amounts) until you get peeved off and leave.
