Overall, renting a unit with Prime Storage for the past two years was a great experience. However, my move-out experience has ensured I won’t be returning in the future. Prime Storage requires a 30-day move-out notice — something I signed for two years ago but did not remember. When I scheduled my move-out online, there was absolutely no mention of this policy. Thank you so much. Zack and his team supported me fantastically, and Prime Storage fit my needs perfectly—the option to drive up to my storage in my car. A significant benefit was the heated environment.
My experience here was largely positive: good move-in specials, clean units and facilities, friendly staff, safe location, easy check in and check out. I never had any major issues, and the minor ones were handled promptly and with a smile. Sometimes the office is not staffed despite it being regular business hours (they have added a kiosk so you can talk to a virtual agent.) Had a wonderful experience here. The establishment is clean, the climate control is great. The service was impeccable, even refunding me a portion of my payment due to the date of charge and my move out date being the same day.
Customer Service = 1 star - the guy at the desk, I thought said stand in front of the Asian turns out he said agent and they had 0 sense of humor about it. Guy just mumbled and was too focused on other things. - after I paid for everything they didn't show me around so I spent a good amount of time wondering around trying to find the storage unit. Building = 5 star - huge building, you park your car inside, they have elevators, and carts to use.
