Prime has been great to work with so far. We leased a 5x15 unit set to get access a few days later. However, our close date shifted on our home sale, so we didn’t need the unit until a month later. Prime worked with us to help move the lease back and allowed us flexibility to move at our convenience. Thanks, Marie and team!
Great service and so easy to get my unit all set up! Inside access & climate controlled is great, and even the ability to load in out of the elements! Marie was an amazing help in making it all so smooth!
Easy to sign-up online. Clean facilities. A free dolly for patron use. Large and affordable storage units. Friendly staff. Roger was helpful in getting me started with the lock system and gate information. This is my best experience with a storage unit in Wichita, KS. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!
