I had such a great experience with Prime Storage. Probably one of the best storage units I have ever had/rented from. The process was super easy with getting my lease signed. All online, I just had to come in and get set up and buy a new lock. I loved the privacy and location of the place, I loved that there was an indoor garage/ parking to bring up your items up- so no one had access to your car or truck unless they had a pass key to enter. We liked the online process to arrange the lease but the in person experience of picking up the key really made it a better experience all around. The agents were informative, professional and friendly. The unit and facility is immaculate.
Marie was great today!! I walked in wanting to look at a unit and she was very personable and great with answering all my questions. Another customer needed assistance during my tour and she did an excellent job of handling that while giving me the tour. I signed for a unit right away. Great job Marie!
