Easy to sign-up online. Clean facilities. A free dolly for patron use. Large and affordable storage units. Friendly staff. Roger was helpful in getting me started with the lock system and gate information. This is my best experience with a storage unit in Wichita, KS. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!
The customer service was excellent. Samantha was very nice and patient. Answered all my questions and took the time to show me around so that I could make an informed decision.
It’s been a GREAT 2 years!!! I want to personally recognize the staff at Prime Storage fr going way beyond their duties! Miss Angie who seems to work EVERYDAY, was the most polite, sincere, passionate young lady who made sure I had everything I needed during my stay. She always helped when needed, and always had a smile on her face when called upon! Thanks again, Miss Angie for making my transition smooth and stress free!
Marie was awesome she helped us upgrade units and getting a special with it as well she was awesome!!
