great experience. Tyler in the office was friendly and professional, made it easy to rent a unit. The facility was always clean and well secured, and hour of access from 6AM to 10PM were convenient. When our home sale closed and it was time to move out, it was an easy discussion without a lot of sales pressure to stay like I've experienced elsewhere.
If you are looking for a storage with a genuine nice, kind staff, that knows what they are doing! I would highly recommend Prime Storage on E Smokey Hill Rd. Tyler, is a great representative of the company. Tyler, is friendly, professional and extremely helpful. Tyler at Prime Storage is absolutely amazing to work with! I had multiple issues including a lock that needed to be cut off and he got it all handled so quickly and professionally, while being incredibly polite and friendly and easy to work with. 10/10 would recommend!
Ray & Reece were warm and welcoming and made us feel like we found the best location, haven't had customer service this friendly and positive in a very long time! Best part we were not rushed, recieved a friendly follow up reminder via voice-mail and was able to come in today to finish up and get our unit! This storage location is the best place in town if want to take your kids to the dentist, the pets to vet, and go to chipotle all while you load up your unit. Highly recommend it. Thank you Optimus Prime storage. You’re reinventing the wheel of storage so that everyday is an adventure.
