great experience. Tyler in the office was friendly and professional, made it easy to rent a unit. The facility was always clean and well secured, and hour of access from 6AM to 10PM were convenient. When our home sale closed and it was time to move out, it was an easy discussion without a lot of sales pressure to stay like I've experienced elsewhere.

If you are looking for a storage with a genuine nice, kind staff, that knows what they are doing! I would highly recommend Prime Storage on E Smokey Hill Rd. Tyler, is a great representative of the company. Tyler, is friendly, professional and extremely helpful. Tyler at Prime Storage is absolutely amazing to work with! I had multiple issues including a lock that needed to be cut off and he got it all handled so quickly and professionally, while being incredibly polite and friendly and easy to work with. 10/10 would recommend!
Hands down the best storage facility around. Tyler is amazing and helpful. Property is always clean and secure, great experience all around.
