Prime storage was perfect, at a reasonable price I never noticed a change to my budget, excellent customer service each and every time I needed assistance with anything. Great team, great group of positive high energy guys that got me whatever we needed quickly and smoothly. No hassle or headache and I love their kind customer service skills remained in tact even when it was time to clear out! For anybody in the area this is a good fit with no b******* !😉
I love this storage facility. Michael and Tyler are the friendliest humans I’ve encountered and are so accommodating. Instead of saying no, they figured out a way to help my situation that didn’t violate company policy and keep a customer happy. I also forget to mention this is the cleanest storage facility I’ve ever been at. You can tell Michael and Tyler take pride in its cleanliness and appearance. I have two units at Prime and will never use another storage facility ever. Thanks you two….
Just when you think a place is just about perfect but a lil something missing they put a cherry on top ( Micheal returns!!!!) Dang bro wasn't the same without you but I'm glad to see things getting back to normal everything Prime. Best wishes to a quick recovery
Ray & Reece were warm and welcoming and made us feel like we found the best location, haven't had customer service this friendly and positive in a very long time! Best part we were not rushed, recieved a friendly follow up reminder via voice-mail and was able to come in today to finish up and get our unit! The employees are very nice and helpful, but it’s overall not been a great experience. I rented two units there about a month apart. Both units were not clean when I initially rented them. In addition, within two months of renting the first unit, I got notice that the rent was increasing by more than 50%. This feels very much like a bait and switch situation, and I’m stuck unless I want to empty them and move everything again.
