Prime storage customer service was exceptionally excellent! Tyler helped me to have a smooth and seamless process with setting up my storage. He provided me all of the information I needed in a timely and most effective manner. This storage facility will always be my go to for any of my needs!
You cannot ask for a better Location Coordinator than Tyler. Tyler and his staff keep the location in order, spotless, Unit doors look uniform. Vehicles and larger trailers can pass through without being cramped in between the units. Even large RV and boats. There is also a good selection of different size units at this location. Tyler and James were super helpful and reasonable about my move in and move out. The property was secure, albeit easy enough to access, with a smooth move in and move out while I was between apartments. Overall, very good experience at a reasonable rate. Highly recommended.
Outstanding experience overall. We ran into an issue finding our storage, spoke to Jonathan early morning on a Saturday and he helped us find an alternative unit as the first one was under ground, not something we wanted. Within minutes, Jonathan, swapped out the units and we were able to get our things loaded and locked up. I would highly recommend Prime Storage to anyone out there.
Tyler and James are excellent reps that helped me upgrade to a larger unit. Prime Storage is a great site for folks needing storage close to home.
