great experience. Tyler in the office was friendly and professional, made it easy to rent a unit. The facility was always clean and well secured, and hour of access from 6AM to 10PM were convenient. When our home sale closed and it was time to move out, it was an easy discussion without a lot of sales pressure to stay like I've experienced elsewhere.
Best self storage experience ever. All drive-up units, easy access units. Great for moving heavy containers (think kitchen items like cookware, glassware, or dishes) and certainly furniture. Staff is great, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The facility is well maintained and very clean and the location is right across from Starbucks! A "must" for an all day moving event. 😉
If you are looking for a storage with a genuine nice, kind staff, that knows what they are doing! I would highly recommend Prime Storage on E Smokey Hill Rd. Tyler, is a great representative of the company. Tyler, is friendly, professional and extremely helpful. Tyler at Prime Storage is absolutely amazing to work with! I had multiple issues including a lock that needed to be cut off and he got it all handled so quickly and professionally, while being incredibly polite and friendly and easy to work with. 10/10 would recommend!
Stay away from prime storage unless you want a river flowing through your unit. We haven’t had moisture in weeks and from the pictures below you can see how water damaged everything is in our unit. Half the things that were in cardboard boxes had to be thrown out due to mold. After advising management, They were acting surprised.
