Ray & Reece were warm and welcoming and made us feel like we found the best location, haven't had customer service this friendly and positive in a very long time! Best part we were not rushed, recieved a friendly follow up reminder via voice-mail and was able to come in today to finish up and get our unit! First time renting from Prime Storage. Professional staff and easy check-in for my storage unit. Grounds are kept clear of snow/ice and very orderly. Facility is well lit at night and pricing reasonable. So far the experience has been great. Highly recommneded!!
Ray and Rece are GREAT. They're very welcoming and very helpful. Ray showed us the units and answered all of our questions. There's one close to where we live that we checked out prior to this place. We ended up renting here because they provided us with the best customer service ever!!!
I originally rented space through Cube Storage, but Prime Storage bought them out. I will never recommend Prime Storage. They immediately raised my rent by more than half on top of what I was already paying, and they never notified me of the new fees. When I went in to the office to ask why my fees had gone up, all I was told is it's because they can. Booked in June with a web special after researching storages in the area. They met my needs and price range, I was paying 212 a month. Received a notice that my unit price had gone up over 110 more dollars a month after 3 months of use. I went online to check their rates and it’s cheaper online. Kind of crazy to think I could move out and rent my same unit for cheaper. Very disappointed my rate went up only after 3 months, now I’m going to have to find a new storage unit company and go thru the pain of moving all over again.... read more
