The grounds of the place are very nice and clean grass is mowed no trash lying around . Kelly the front desk gal very personable and very helpful answered all our questions. We will recommend this place for sure . Customer service is hard to find these days and you have the right person in that spot . Kelly was cleaning when we arrived and came in with smiles at the front desk. We can see she takes pride in her job.
Kelly was so helpful! I needed to have a lock cut off my unit because I lost the keys. Kelly was able to accommodate me very quickly and meet me at the site to assist me and remove the lock. I was able to get a replacement lock right here at the office. Great customer service and easy, secure location for storing all the stuff I don’t have room for at home!!
Kelly , the person in the office was wonderful, so kind and helpful; she made it a quick check-in process too! Kelly showed us to the space to make sure everything would work, it did, and we couldn’t be happier! So glad we found PRIME STORAGE!
The facility is nice, as is the location, for an older facility. From my interactions with the staff since it was taken over by Prime Storage they also seem fine as well, and this is not a dig at them, it is a dig at Prime Storage, in the short time since take over my rent has been raised twice, both increases being more individually than it was raised in total over the 3 years prior.
