Wow! Chris at Prime Storage made the whole process so easy and welcoming. From the moment I walked in, he was helpful, friendly, and professional. He explained everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable with my rental. The facility is clean and secure—definitely a great experience all around. Highly recommend!

My husband and I are in our 70’s and handicapped. We were both very nervous about moving some of our furniture into storage.. The young lady who greeted us , Candice, made our experience very pleasant and easy. She helped my husband and I with chairs to sit in while we watched the men pack our unit. She also gave us cold bottles of water to drink while we waited. When we were finished, Candice walked us safely to our car, helping my husband who uses a walker. Chris and Jesus were very helpful answering any questions I had while giving me a tour of the facility pointing out the features that really mattered to me. It gives me peace of mind knowing my stuff is safe and secure and someone is on site to make sure of that.
I recently got my unit and I did everything online. This is my first time ever having a storage unit and I wasn’t sure how the process worked. Chris helped me with everything, showed me the way to my unit, and even how to use the lock. He’s very kind to everyone and it’s nice to see a friendly face these days.
