Chris and Jesus were very helpful answering any questions I had while giving me a tour of the facility pointing out the features that really mattered to me. It gives me peace of mind knowing my stuff is safe and secure and someone is on site to make sure of that.
Chris at Prime Storage provided me with excellent customer service when I got locked out of my unit! He was courteous, helpful and solved the issue quickly.
Very easy online sign up. Drove in to unpack and the onsite manager Chris was there cleaning the parking lot and keeping everything looking nice. He greeted me immediately and was helpful in getting me to my unit with no issues. Thanks!
