Wow! Chris at Prime Storage made the whole process so easy and welcoming. From the moment I walked in, he was helpful, friendly, and professional. He explained everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable with my rental. The facility is clean and secure—definitely a great experience all around. Highly recommend!
Chris and Jesus were very helpful answering any questions I had while giving me a tour of the facility pointing out the features that really mattered to me. It gives me peace of mind knowing my stuff is safe and secure and someone is on site to make sure of that.
I recently got my unit and I did everything online. This is my first time ever having a storage unit and I wasn’t sure how the process worked. Chris helped me with everything, showed me the way to my unit, and even how to use the lock. He’s very kind to everyone and it’s nice to see a friendly face these days. I love this storage facility. The biggest plus to me is that they have actual humans in the building running it. I've been to storage facilities that have no one on site to help when you need it and the facility ends up with low maintenance because of it. They had an easy process to move in and had the supplies I needed in the office. Thanks Chris and Jesus for being so welcoming and professional. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for storage it's a new and clean building with great service.
