Just finished securing a heated unit with John here at Prime Storage for my new car. The facility is extremely clean and organized and the customer service was top shelf. I got a great deal for 5 months and am very happy with the entire experience. Highly recommend this place to anyone in need of storage!!
Prime storage has been a fantastic place to get a storage unit! I spoke with John on the phone throughout the process of setting up my unit and he was very helpful. They made the process easy and were very flexible working around my changing schedule and uncertain date for getting my unit. The facility is clean and well maintained! I could not be happier with my choice!
I have used Prime Storage twice now and both times have been great. The assistant manager helped me both times and was extremely thorough and helpful. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for storage in Sherwood Park.
This is a great place for storage. The staff have been great, but the facility is top notch. Having a drive-in loading bay is very convenient and if the weather was bad then this would be a life saver. The storage unit that I have rented was very clean, just like the whole facility. I'd highly recommend Prime Storage to anyone needing some extra storage space.
John at the Sherwood Park location has always been excellent to deal with. A genuine good person who always does his best to assist with needs. I will continue to use the services here and highly recommend this storage facility to anyone needing a storage room or bay. This storage facility is very clean and secure!
