First 3 years the facility was good other than the creep in rental price increase. Over the past may long weekend of 2026 my unit was broken into and I suffered a loss of over 50K of stored and secure items. The management did not call the police rather had me do it when i drove to the building to see the damages and my loss. I’ve dealt with quite a few storage facilities over the years through buying storage units at auction, and Prime Storage in Sherwood Park is one of the best I’ve come across. I appreciated being able to have a smooth transaction to get into another rental situation. I needed some space for about a year about 3 years ago at the location in Sherwood park. I was always treated well, and it was nice to see some familiar faces when I returned. The facility is very tidy and clean, well lit, and in a good location.
Love this place. They are so helpful and so kind. Always love chatting with them. John is the best ! Always answers our questions and is so accommodating. The other guy there is amazing too ! Highly recommend
