We have had a storage unit here for a few years. Our unit is individually alarmed and you need your code to entry the inside loading area as well as for the door into the facility from the loading area. Having the loading area indoors is helpful during rainy days and extra beneficial in the cold winter months. The facility is always clean and the staff are helpful. Thank you especially to John and Jashan for their service!
Prime Storage has incredible customer service. We had a billing discrepancy and it was taken care of immediately by the assistant manager, John Krassman. I’ve had my storage locker for 9 months now & they’ve honoured competitors rates. Thanks for the great service!

I highly recommend Prime Storage. They are in a great location in Sherwood Park. The units are very clean and the service we received from John was exceptional. He answered all our questions showed us around and gave us a great rate especially compared to other storage places that we have visited that did not compare to Prime Storage.
