Prime Storage has a new location off of N. Stratford Rd., and it's fantastic! It’s a three-story building offering various storage unit sizes. I appreciate that it is climate-controlled, secure, and monitored by cameras. I visited to ask about rates and availability, and ended up with a great deal on storage and more. Katie was absolutely amazing! I’ve been at this storage unit for one year now and I am Beyond pleased with the process of obtaining, maintaining and moving out! Thank you Katie and I know who to ask for by name the next time I’m looking for a storage unit !
Katie has been an amazing help. She has went out of her way to help me and make every step a breeze. I would highly recommend working or speaking with her because she can answer any question and will do everything in her power to make your experience easy. 10 stars if I could put it!
This is a great option if your student is at Wake Forest. The office is easy to work with. It was clean, easy to move in and out all of the college stuff and not bring it home. They also checked that it was cleaned out by my child so I would not be billed any additional weeks. Great service.
Katie was very sweet, so having great customer service is a big plus. The cons were elevators not tall enough for a display case and hallway, and carts not wide enough or equipped to hold mattresses. Carts were also very rare, even when no one was there. Storage 10x10 probably didn't account for metal bars and columns inside the unit and metal on the inside of the door grabbing onto fabric. Pros: It is climate-controlled and clean. There's a bathroom on the facility. The elevator was fast.
