I had a great experience at Prime Storage! Jeff was extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. He explained everything clearly and made the process quick and easy. They also offered an excellent price, which was a huge plus! The building is clean and well-maintained, with three floors, elevator access, and platform trucks that make moving your things super easy. Highly recommend this location and definitely ask for Jeff if you want the best service!
I just had to rent a storage unit for the first time in well over 20 years and I’ve NEVER rented a unit that was climate controlled, hands down 10/10 recommend. chose this facility because of the area and that it was an indoor facility which I thought would have made it more secure. Boy was I wrong!!! I only had my things there 4 months. Went to check on the unit a couple of times and things were fine. Move out came and I had items stolen. I called to let the manager know, and he seemed dismissive of my claim. While the staff at this location are great to work with, one of the elevators hasn't worked in over a year and it's difficult to find a cart to use particularly on the weekends when staff isn't present. Additionally, I received notice they were raising our rent by 50%.
While there was some initial miscommunications and confusions during the sign up process, Prime Storage did a great job in making things right. We're very impressed with the facility and are confident in the security of the space.
