I am extremely satisfied with my experience at Prime Storage. From the moment I walked in, I could tell this location takes customer service seriously. The assistant manager, Kam, was outstanding throughout the entire process. He was professional, knowledgeable, and patient as he walked me through every detail. I'm very happy with Prime Storage. They offered a good price on a 10x20 unit with two roll up doors and plenty of good security. I'm doing a remodel project and need a place for furniture etc while the project progresses. I'd rent from them again. Everything was handled online and was a breeze. They followed through to make sure I didn't have and problems or concerns.
Britney and Kam were awesome! They treated me and my husband great every time, and Kam was especially helpful in the end on move-out day. We would still be there in the climate controlled unit that served us so well for several years, but God had other plans for us. Thanks guys and have a blessed Christmas season!
Prime Storage is AMAZING! Brittany and Kameron were super helpful and gave me a great tour. As soon as I walked in, everything was clean and spotless — seriously impressive! Their friendliness and hospitality made the whole experience so easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend!
Brittany is wonderful. Never met her in person, but anytime I had a question about the storage facility, she was right there with the answer. I plan on meeting her this week.
