THE PROCESS : You actually have the option to set up a rental online OR go to an actual location. Initially I intended on the first method but I decided to see the difference between indoor and outdoor garage. Basically, the outdoor garages are the perimeter of of the building. Each set of garages are divided alphabetically and then subcategorized numerically. I chose the 10 x 10 indoor. Great place to store your furniture. The staff was great and had a clean storage facility. The only downside we experienced was the moving company being able to get the 26' van trailer and box truck into the facility. The vehicles parked around the perimeter made us go in the main aisle and then cut trough on a middle to be able to load out of the center of the facility. Overall I would highly recommend the facility in Griffin Ga.
I had a really good experience with the Griffin location’s office personnel. There was a bit of a billing problem after the first two months, and I was pretty upset. The customer service call center was unable to help me, though the agent was kind, and the customer retention team never called once they were involved. I called Brittany at the Griffin office, and she had the district manager, Jeremy (I think), call me. He was able to work things out for me. Prime Storage is AMAZING! Brittany and Kameron were super helpful and gave me a great tour. As soon as I walked in, everything was clean and spotless — seriously impressive! Their friendliness and hospitality made the whole experience so easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend!
