I would strongly recommend avoiding Prime Storage. My experience was frustrating from start to finish. The biggest issue was the constant price increases. My monthly rate was raised every other month. What started as a reasonably priced unit quickly became outrageously expensive, and there was no justification for the frequency or size of the increases. Customer service was equally disappointing. Had to find a storage unit quickly and found Prime Storage in Fishkill. Was able to secure everything quickly and go to the location to sign documents, and setup the unit. Customer service was great and very friendly. The unit was perfect while my family and I moved around a bit until we secured our new home. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for a place to store your items.
Prime storage workers made me feel uncomfortable, and I regret giving them my money, and they auction your stuff if you miss two payments, like people don’t have enough going on in their lives. They don’t care about people, just money, it was a completely impersonal experience.
Such friendly service. It’s beyond anything I’ve experienced at any other storage unit. Purely divine! Michelle has a a certain “je ne sais quoi” with her clientele. My my. What a time to be alive.
