Prime storage workers made me feel uncomfortable, and I regret giving them my money, and they auction your stuff if you miss two payments, like people don’t have enough going on in their lives. They don’t care about people, just money, it was a completely impersonal experience.
I had the pleasure of talking with Michelle, and I just wanted to say how wonderful she was. She was incredibly helpful, attentive, and patient throughout our conversation. Her positive attitude made a big difference, and she went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were met. Michelle is truly an asset to the team. Thank you for all your help, Michelle!
Front staff IS important. I was browsing places for units, stopped here first, had a unit in 20 mins. Michelle explained everything comfortably, properly let me know of payments, on top of answering my nonsensical questions I formed.
The online sign up was easy. The follow up service by Chris at the Chester, NY location was outstanding. Chris' competent and courteous customer service is something every company promises but few truly deliver on. Bravo!
