Such friendly service. It’s beyond anything I’ve experienced at any other storage unit. Purely divine! Michelle has a a certain “je ne sais quoi” with her clientele. My my. What a time to be alive.
Front staff IS important. I was browsing places for units, stopped here first, had a unit in 20 mins. Michelle explained everything comfortably, properly let me know of payments, on top of answering my nonsensical questions I formed.
I had the pleasure of talking with Michelle, and I just wanted to say how wonderful she was. She was incredibly helpful, attentive, and patient throughout our conversation. Her positive attitude made a big difference, and she went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were met. Michelle is truly an asset to the team. Thank you for all your help, Michelle!
My husband and I have stopped by a few storage places to find the best location for us. After stopping by the fishkill office and speaking to Michelle our search was over. She showed us different sizes and wasn’t in any rush. Thank you for your kindness.
