The team is incredibly easy to deal with — professional, responsive, and just genuinely great people. The staff on-site are friendly, respectful, and make everything run efficiently. It’s always a pleasure working with them!
Hema was awesomely understanding and supportive. Hema was wonderful in communicating and resolving the issues with my storage coverage. She was able to clear up all the confusion with my issues and any questions I had. If needed, she would follow up further with her administration until she could get an answer, if she could not answer a question on the spot. She was most courteous and professional in her communication manner.
These people are great! Hema was so helpful as this concerned my sister’s “stuff”. Hema was very respectful, responsive and just NICE. The grounds are well kept and units clean. Service from Hema & Scott was excellent. (But little weirded out by the virtual manager that pops up on giant virtual screen when you walk in or by it.) My only negative is the process to rent 2 units could be much more streamlined. $29 admin fee on both., ok. But the process has more steps than seem necessary, but no fault of the 2 working there. They were patient and accommodating.
Hema and Scott were very helpful and made the process stress free. I would highly recommend anyone who is in the need for storage to start here.
