Hema worked tirelessly on my first check in date to find the right unit for my needs, even called me numerous times to keep me updated. Had to rent another unit after all that stellar customer service. Big shout to Hema and Scout. Would recommend a million times over and over. Nice and clean

After using this facility for a few years since my daughter was in college, the old owners were very nice, along with the older manager, ever since prime took over their service has gone downhill and I would never use this company again, glad my daughter is graduating this year!! My son had to vacate his dorm room over summer and we needed a place in the Poughkeepsie area to store his stuff till he went back to college in the fall. I had previously used the Prime Storage facility in Hyde Park but they didn't have any availability in the storage unit size that we required. This storage facility in Highland is just across the Mid-Hudson bridge and very easy to get to.
