I just want to say first of all everyone at prime storage was simply amazing. Akii especially was helpful and patient and made my first time moving without my husband (who died 2 years ago) stress-free and easy. I hardly recommend prime storage (on Rt 52) and Akii

Truly a blessing! Long story as short as possible..I was in the process of moving. I already had a storage with another company & needed a 2nd. On the day of my move we realized the 2nd still wasn't enough, I couldn't get a 3rd with this company so with very little last minute options I had to rent a 3rd at a different company. Now for the blessing in disguise..the original storage unit was unable to provide 1 unit large enough for me to consolidate 3 into 1..& then there was Prime! If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is a complete rip off. Moved into my unit in February (2025). Prior to signing the lease I asked if the price I was paying was a promotional price or would there be an increase. I specifically asked because I had an issue with my storage before where they increased the price by $90 after 3 months. I was assured by prime storage that the price I was paying was not a promotion and if they do increases it wouldn’t be by a lot.
