Prime Storage is the place to store your belongings. I needed storage immediately and was extremely impressed with the cleanliness newness and availability. I have special needs and was given a unit close to the entrance which really helps. The service agent was very polite and accommodating and knowledgeable. She was most important in relieving my stress and panic to find a unit. Highly recommend
If I could give it zero stars I would. We were promised a unit with a certain square footage, but when we came to move our stuff in, there was a pipe structure taking up sq footage in the unit. We asked for a different unit and were given a different price, but when being charged was told the unit was more expensive and had to fight for the price offered. Akii was so helpful in showing us around and helping us determine the right storage unit for us. He is so friendly! Jasmin, his partner was equally friendly. We will definitely feel secure in storing our things at Prime Storage.
The facility is clean, but you can find other places with better prices. I’m not sure I received the 1 month free promotion, but the monthly rate went up by the 3rd or 4th month. I was penalized $35 for not giving them a 2 week notice upon vacating the storage unit, and they charged me another $35 to close my account. You will not get a prorated refund for unused days if you vacate the unit prior to the end of the prepaid month.
