The facility is clean, but you can find other places with better prices. I’m not sure I received the 1 month free promotion, but the monthly rate went up by the 3rd or 4th month. I was penalized $35 for not giving them a 2 week notice upon vacating the storage unit, and they charged me another $35 to close my account. You will not get a prorated refund for unused days if you vacate the unit prior to the end of the prepaid month.
If I could give it zero stars I would. We were promised a unit with a certain square footage, but when we came to move our stuff in, there was a pipe structure taking up sq footage in the unit. We asked for a different unit and were given a different price, but when being charged was told the unit was more expensive and had to fight for the price offered. If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is a complete rip off. Moved into my unit in February (2025). Prior to signing the lease I asked if the price I was paying was a promotional price or would there be an increase. I specifically asked because I had an issue with my storage before where they increased the price by $90 after 3 months. I was assured by prime storage that the price I was paying was not a promotion and if they do increases it wouldn’t be by a lot.
