Joseph was super friendly and ready to answer all my questions, making the whole process easy and stress-free. He really knew his stuff about the facility and services, and went out of his way to make sure I had everything I needed. Thanks to him, my experience at Prime Storage was fantastic. I highly recommend him for great customer service and a smooth storage experience.
The guy Joeseph was great. Really kind amd smart. Too dn good for prime storage of you ask me. The added fees were ridiculous. $80 for a supposed $55 unit.
We love prime storage! The site in Walden is super clean! George is a wonderful guy! He’s always happy and more than willing to help with any questions or concerns u may have about prime storage and the facilities, he really is a great employee! The office is warm and inviting and always super clean. I feel super confident about storing my items with prime storage. I will definitely suggest to anyone thinking about storing your items with them to do so!
