I would definitely rent again. The staff have been amazing. The kiosk staff are amazing. I love that I can get assistance at this site from 8am-8pm. Everyone is so kind and helpful, not to mention very attentive!
The gentleman at the counter was excellent, knowing exactly what I needed from my brief description and how to meet those needs. He was very knowledgeable about the property, although he had a little problem with the computer system he knew exactly who to contact to finish the paperwork. I felt he is a "Win (for the customer) & Win (for his company)" salesman. He was high energy, enthusiastic, and finally an asset to Prime Storage!
