For years, I've had the storage unit and then I cancel and then I'm charged afterwards. I'm very disappointed. I know it was bought out from another company but come on. Even when I spoke with the rep that I've known for years she showed no one difference just said I owed a new bill for the following month. Good luck and I'm glad I'm done.
I had a fantastic experience with Prime! The facility is clean, secure, and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly helpful and made the whole process quick and easy.
The place is clean, secure, and I felt totally comfortable leaving my stuff there. Accessing my unit was always hassle-free. Would definitely use them again and recommend to anyone who needs storage.
