Kristen was welcoming and had a pleasant demeanor. More importantly, Kristen was very helpful and handled any issues that I encountered in a timely manner. We need more people like her.
I've had storage from guardian for years alone comes prime storage takes away 24-hour access then starts to price gouges for rent now before Christmas they charge me $100 increase have no shame ask them to lower they said they only are going to take $10 off like that's really doing me a favor and I'm a military recipient so much for loyalty towards a customer from military and I notice they're offering free rent to people for the first month and $100 gift card from Amazon for referring someone . The storage facility was great and the people are wonderful! Had my storage unit for 7 plus years. The problem is the company was bought out and the cost went up so much it wasn’t worth keeping the unit.
The woman in the office was very helpful and it made my move a lot less stressful.
Very clean and nicely kept facility. Customer service was top notch.
