David was friendly and made me feel comfortable with the rental process. He explained each unit in detail and found 2 units close to each other. He also gave me a memory map of how to find my units. It is very clean and the pull carts are helpful.
Kimberly was great helping me today. Sadly I had to chose my storage due now owning a motorcycle and not wanting to get a huge one for just storage for the bike. But very accommodating here and made sure to look at all locations and different units to provide me with pricing for my needs. David was amazing!!! 20/10 customer service, were coming over from another storage unit and he made me feel like we really made the right decision coming to Prime Storage!! He gave me a great overview of the facility and walked me right over to my unit. I really appreciated his help!
The facility and management are fantastic. The facility is the nicest I’ve ever seen for a storage facility. My movers were amazed at how five and clean it is. My issue is that a month or so after starting payments, I received notice of a rate increase. I called and they delayed the increase by a couple of months but told me the rate usually increases a few months in. Seems sneaky. My bad for not confirming how long the rat was guaranteed for. I’d give 5 stars if it were not for the rate issue.
