I had a great experience reserving my unit at Prime Storage - 80 Dupont Dr thanks to Kimberly. She was kind, professional, and made the entire process quick and stress-free. She clearly explained my options and answered all my questions with patience and care. Excellent customer service!
Do NOT rent a storage unit in this facility unless you want bugs living in your belongings. I had a great experience at Prime Storage, and I especially want to recognize David for his outstanding service. He was incredibly professional, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. David took the time to clearly explain all the details, answered out questions thoroughly, and made everything feel smooth and stress-free.
We had a wonderful experience when we went to the facility and the young lady at the front was a tremendous blessing, she helped us to the max. Now if this is how she operates every day then she is a great asset to the company, if this is how she worked with us then thank you for all your assistance. She left her post went and got a cart for us, made sure we found our storage unit and even cut open the pad lock wrapper for us to get the lock to lock up. I would recommend this establishment anytime in the future.
Prime storage gave me no problems, it was an easy process. Kimberly helped me out with my storage unit, where to find it and how to input the code to get access into the building. She was very helpful and kind. I would recommend and use Prime Storage services again in the future 👌👏 also this location is very clean
