I give Prime Storage 5 plus stars. David provided me with exceptional customer service. He was very knowledgeable about the company and the units. I recommend everyone to come here before going to another company, in my experience Prime Storage is the cleanest, newest and best prices. They hire great staff to represent them like my new friend David. Wishing them much success and longevity in the Storage Unit Game! Very satisfied customer.
My second time renting from them within a 2 year span. Always competitive prices and professional, friendly staff. One problem this time however, not a single cart ANYWHERE. It was freezing 2 days after Xmas and my 3 helpers looked everywhere albeit QUICKLY! Not one. Renters need to be encouraged to bring them BACK downstairs or staff via their elaborate camera system ought to assist in retrieving them. I’ve utilized other storage units and this place by far is the best. I love that I feel safe, my property is safe and it is very clean here. The staff is amazing. Very friendly, helpful and professional. I love it here.
