David has been so polite and professional when I have dealing with him. With moving a whole house he made it so easy and less stressful. The whole process moving out of state this has been the easiest part because of him.

David was so helpful, giving us clear directions, listening to us and the hospitality was perfect. He gave us our code, showed us the way to go, and we were left with no questions because he covered everything, showed us the more convenient way to do things here ay Prime. Overall 11/10 experience as a college student using a storage unit for the first time. What a friendly place to go!
