I give Prime Storage 5 plus stars. David provided me with exceptional customer service. He was very knowledgeable about the company and the units. I recommend everyone to come here before going to another company, in my experience Prime Storage is the cleanest, newest and best prices. They hire great staff to represent them like my new friend David. Wishing them much success and longevity in the Storage Unit Game! Very satisfied customer.
My second time renting from them within a 2 year span. Always competitive prices and professional, friendly staff. One problem this time however, not a single cart ANYWHERE. It was freezing 2 days after Xmas and my 3 helpers looked everywhere albeit QUICKLY! Not one. Renters need to be encouraged to bring them BACK downstairs or staff via their elaborate camera system ought to assist in retrieving them. super sweet and helpful!! had a housing emergency and needed to get all my stuff into storage FAST and David was an absolute saint in guiding me through the process. would 100% recommend.
David was extremely helpful in assisting me with choosing the best storage option. He was kind, informative, and made sure all of my questions were thoroughly answered. Great customer service!!
David was friendly and made me feel comfortable with the rental process. He explained each unit in detail and found 2 units close to each other. He also gave me a memory map of how to find my units. It is very clean and the pull carts are helpful.
