This place was the cheapest and greatest that I found in the Northshore. Alicia, the manager of this location was helpful when I booked, and when I canceled my lease. She is a great lady, and is very helpful with whatever you need. Look no further, as for price, they were the cheapest and as for service, Alicia was the best. Climate Controlled, easy access, clean and convenient. They offer free use of their flatbed dollys for your needs.

Researched on web, then completed rental in person. Easy. My climate controlled unit has good ventilation at the top. Seems like new, very clean. Lost AT&T coverage inside the building and no wifi. Large enough operation, so plenty of people around.

One of the most important aspects for us renting Storage is customer service. We have received the best customer service from Alicia. She is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I was in a need of storage for my motorcycle I decided to go in person to the prime storage in Beverly. Alicia was extremely helpful we ith finding the right unit that would work best. She was honest, helpful and very straightforward. I wish more desk customers service worked like her.
