So we won an auction for a storage unit and we had only 2 days to clear the unit. Came this past Saturday (last day) at the posted opening time, and over 2 hours later, still no employee has arrived. We did call the previous day to confirm our arrival on Saturday at 10 am. As we waited, we called the company office, and they were great at trying to figure out what was going on. Spacious for a 10x10, nice customer service, carts always available for the most part, clean, quiet but not eerie. Recommendation: fix them entry and exit gates please. Sheez.
Super clean facility. Large elevator and indoor loading area that is climate controlled. Carts are very helpful for loading and unloading. Staff is courteous, professional and helpful. This is by far my best experience with a storage facility.
I had given this place a bigger review but after seeing it I had to change it. I tried resolving this issue but it doesn't seem to ever be fixed and stay fixed. I been here since Aug 2023. Paying over $200 . I liked the security and that it was only by passcode. The doors are repeatedly broken. Now it's been over 2 weeks and it's wide open. No security at all. My unit is upstairs and I don't know who is hanging out on the hallway till I'm there. That is dangerous. If I had the money, I hate to say it, I would move my stuff. ... read more
