I’m very unhappy with prime storage due to the price increase every other month for no reason then a Few times I called and told them that I was unable to pay these increases like this and why are doing this I was told several different reasons for the rent increase one guy was rude and said price increases according to all the fees other companies are charging. I moved out on April 28th yet I was charged for May. I showed these pictures to verify that the unit was clean & empty via kiosk. I also have home owners insurance & provided yet I was billed in March. Charged rate increase in March which was to take place May which is why I moved out Requested calls 2x regarding this issue no response. DO NOT use auto pay & lack effective customer service

Same thing after 2 months they auction everything off tried calling at least 10 times and no one ever calls back very upset my brother in law passed away last year and I had some of his personal belongings in there that I wanted. But didn't matter how many times I called no one called or cared so I hope you got paid by someone considering that's all you care about

My things were auctioned off because I couldn't make a payment in time. I was laid off from my job and communicated this by leaving a message. Tried to get on a payment plan but couldn't follow through because I was trying to catch up on other bills that took precedence concerning me and my family's livelihood. Don't rent from this place. If you get behind they will continue to tack on fees without telling you. I went to the location to pay my balance yesterday. I asked to speak to a live manager in person, I was refused. They make you talk to a rep through a Webcam screen. I been calling for weeks to speak to a manager about my account and have been told he would call. When I went there the Webcam lady kept lying saying he would be back but I can't give you a time.
