My things were auctioned off because I couldn't make a payment in time. I was laid off from my job and communicated this by leaving a message. Tried to get on a payment plan but couldn't follow through because I was trying to catch up on other bills that took precedence concerning me and my family's livelihood. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a fantastic experience with Prime Storage, and I wanted to give a special shout-out to Jeff, the manager. He went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and answered all my questions with a smile. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and easy to access. Jeff's customer service really made a difference and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this location if you're looking for great service and a reliable storage solution!

The area is nice, building is clean. He helped me nice and quickly. I didn’t have any questions, he asked me questions. That made me remember my questions. This is a good storage place, I’d recommmend!
Jeff was so helpful, he even offered us cold water, and helped us find the right unit to store our tools for our small farm. The only complaint is that there are only five carts, and when I was there they were none to use. Will be investing in my own cart in the future.
