⭐ 1/5 Stars — Terrible Experience! Absolutely terrible experience with Prime Storage! The garage door is constantly out of order, and the building had a strong urine odor, from the homeless staying inside the facility. The cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service are completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, after I vacated my storage unit, they continued attempting to charge me for TWO additional months! I’m very unhappy with prime storage due to the price increase every other month for no reason then a Few times I called and told them that I was unable to pay these increases like this and why are doing this I was told several different reasons for the rent increase one guy was rude and said price increases according to all the fees other companies are charging. Please take my advice, do not rent at this facility, its ran poorly, unsafe with vagrant living in the building drinking and doing drugs, with feces and urine everywhere, snd expect the price to go up every few weeks. There is better out there with better value.
I didn’t like it because, there was NEVER a physical person there. You only talk to a kiosk machine, I had to find my storage on my own, also whenever I called to talk to a manager, I was always told a manager would call me back, and it never happened. They made excuses on how the manager would be there, but they are not.
Had a storage unit there for 3 years+ and finally moved out! 🙌🏾 They regularly had issues with the back gate being down (for months at q time) and as a result not able to drive into the building to load and unload. Also not enough carts on hand. Last but not least, gave great pricing to move in and/or transfer units but then raised prices every 3-6 months 💰
