My things were auctioned off because I couldn't make a payment in time. I was laid off from my job and communicated this by leaving a message. Tried to get on a payment plan but couldn't follow through because I was trying to catch up on other bills that took precedence concerning me and my family's livelihood. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a fantastic experience with Prime Storage, and I wanted to give a special shout-out to Jeff, the manager. He went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and answered all my questions with a smile. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and easy to access. Jeff's customer service really made a difference and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this location if you're looking for great service and a reliable storage solution!
Don't rent from this place. If you get behind they will continue to tack on fees without telling you. I went to the location to pay my balance yesterday. I asked to speak to a live manager in person, I was refused. They make you talk to a rep through a Webcam screen. I been calling for weeks to speak to a manager about my account and have been told he would call. When I went there the Webcam lady kept lying saying he would be back but I can't give you a time. Great local storage facility! The manager (Jeff) is always great to talk to and is exceptionally accommodating. Out of the several storage unit facilities I've dealt with in the past, this has been by far the best experience across the board.
Great place for storage. They are clean and organized. Dealt with Jeff, he very accommodating and pleasant. I would recommend this to everyone looking for storage!
