I absolutely love the service here. Have been wit them for almost a year and 0 issues and amazing service. Jabriel has always been so kind and very helpful. Recommend this storage facility 100%!

Jabril is the location manager at the storage place at 1360 McCarter Highway, Newark NJ. I am trying to coordinate a move involving my storage unit there. He has been incredible helpful, understanding, professional, friendly, and responsive. He has followed up with when he says he will. I am very impressed. The world could use more Jabrils. I am happy with the service I have gotten there.

Pros: For me the staff here is very helpful and informative and that alone is amazing! Also the prices for the units are unbeatable and easy to get. Cons: On the other hand the push carts are HORRENDOUS(ALL CAPS)! And no central air on HOT OR COLD days is crazy so dress accordingly! No fault of the staff BTW! Besides that I definitely would recommend this place as it's local and convenient.

I've been using prime storage for the last 2 years as a way to keep my stuff safe. At first I was afraid of taking the initiative but I'm glad that prime storage has promised the security and safety of my belongings. 10/10 would rent a unit again
