I’ve been storing here since Prime Storage took over and I have been enjoying how pleasant the staff are and how attentive to detail they are. They are honest and actually works with customers and I appreciate that greatly. Also they just upgraded the elevator and it’s Huge, great for taking my things up and down! & the new lighting in the building is amazing! The worst storage unit ever. As company and as a crew . They make up the rules as they go along ,make up prices depending on occupancy , they’re overpriced, staff sucks , rip off , forces you to pay for things you don’t ask for , fees are ridiculous . Extremely predatory business and should be reported to BBB as much as possible for taking advantage of customers. All across the board trash and there’s rats . I wish there was a zero star option.
I absolutely love the service here. Have been wit them for almost a year and 0 issues and amazing service. Jabriel has always been so kind and very helpful. Recommend this storage facility 100%!
