Update: I am giving 5 stars because the employee was really attentive and helpful, but the wheelbarrow problem is still not resolved. The employees are great, but they only put 4-5 hand trucks in such a large warehouse. I've been waiting for a hand truck for 35 minutes.
My husband and I needed a large storage unit as we are preparing to sell our home. We came in to Prime storage and Sciara helped us get our unit! We had a bunch of questions and Sciara gracefully answered all of them and took the time to make sure we were satisfied with our selection! Wonderful experience!! Sciara is the best!
I had a little problem with my account, and the manager act like he didn’t understand what I was talking about but Sciara looked deep into it and got everything handled!!!! She really needs to be the manager because she goes and look deep into the situation!!!! She gets 5 stars from me!!! She is a very helpful person 💯

I especially want to thank Sciara for her excellent customer service-she was friendly, patient, and very helpful in answering all my questions. She made the whole process simple and stress-free. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for storage
I stopped by the facility on Friday to get a property tour and ask a couple questions as I may be in need of storage soon. The young lady Sciara who was working that day was extremely nice. She was very patient with me and answered all of my questions. I will definitely come back to rent a unit with her once I finalize my move.
