I have finally found a storage facility where the customer service is really great. Sciara is the main reason why I feel this way! She is very professional, considerate , patient and accommodating. I hope Prime keeps her on staff. Quite often storage companies let their best people leave! The job can be overwhelming and when the company fails to support their good staff members like Sciara they leave. She deserves a raise. I can’t say that about most customer service reps!
Safe and easy to access! You NEED to give Sciara more money! She was a pleasure to work with (I can be difficult) and she was very professional. Also I would’ve gave 5 stars but you only have 2 carts to be used.
Sciara was so nice and very helpful during my visit. She made the entire process quick and easy, answering all my questions and making sure I had everything I needed. It is rare to find such great customer service!
Sciara is so Helpful. I needed a storage unit and they had such great prices. The Unit She gave me was super clean. She was very efficient and sweet. Everyone who goes to get a storage unit please speak to her she will take great care of you.
I was the very first person to rent a space in that building yesrs ago back when it was Cubesmart and I am still there. I love the location, the different access points and the fact that it is all on one level-no elevators required. They have gone through 3 different name and management changes. Now they are Prime Storage and I must say Sciara is by far the Absolute Best customer service associate that has every worked there and should be made Senior Manager.
