Prime Storage in Teaneck is hands down one of the cleanest and most well-managed storage facilities I’ve used. The property is spotless, well-lit, and feels very secure. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire rental process smooth and straightforward. Access hours are convenient, carts and dollies are readily available, and the units are in excellent condition. You can tell they take pride in maintaining the facility. Highly recommend to anyone in the area looking for reliable, hassle-free storage.
Update: I am giving 5 stars because the employee was really attentive and helpful, but the wheelbarrow problem is still not resolved. The employees are great, but they only put 4-5 hand trucks in such a large warehouse. I've been waiting for a hand truck for 35 minutes.

My husband and I needed a large storage unit as we are preparing to sell our home. We came in to Prime storage and Sciara helped us get our unit! We had a bunch of questions and Sciara gracefully answered all of them and took the time to make sure we were satisfied with our selection! Wonderful experience!! Sciara is the best!
