Update: I am giving 5 stars because the employee was really attentive and helpful, but the wheelbarrow problem is still not resolved. The employees are great, but they only put 4-5 hand trucks in such a large warehouse. I've been waiting for a hand truck for 35 minutes.

I opened up an unit Oct. 2025 - paid 2 months (promotion was 1 month 1 month free) so I had 2 months free - well not really because my 1st payment was on January 15th 2026 😳 I received a reminder text that my payment was due, the amount was $314 🫣 that’s including a late fee (oops lol) Apparently I received an email they said on December 12, 2026. My husband and I needed a large storage unit as we are preparing to sell our home. We came in to Prime storage and Sciara helped us get our unit! We had a bunch of questions and Sciara gracefully answered all of them and took the time to make sure we were satisfied with our selection! Wonderful experience!! Sciara is the best!
I was in the office today inquiring about storage. When I walked in I witness a customer yelling at the manager about her increase. I was surprised at how the manager handled things. She remained calm, allowing the customer to just yell at her. Once the customer finished ranting the manager simply apologized and asked for to give her a moment to review her account. I must say good customer service is hard to come by these days. Although I don’t need storage until late December I will definitely come back to rent a unit
