Update: I am giving 5 stars because the employee was really attentive and helpful, but the wheelbarrow problem is still not resolved. The employees are great, but they only put 4-5 hand trucks in such a large warehouse. I've been waiting for a hand truck for 35 minutes.
My husband and I needed a large storage unit as we are preparing to sell our home. We came in to Prime storage and Sciara helped us get our unit! We had a bunch of questions and Sciara gracefully answered all of them and took the time to make sure we were satisfied with our selection! Wonderful experience!! Sciara is the best!

I stopped by the facility on Friday to get a property tour and ask a couple questions as I may be in need of storage soon. The young lady Sciara who was working that day was extremely nice. She was very patient with me and answered all of my questions. I will definitely come back to rent a unit with her once I finalize my move.
Sciara and her team in Teaneck have been delightful to work with. They’ve been flexible and accommodating to my personal situation and needs. They even brought me cold water when I was moving my stuff. Highly recommended!
