Prime Storage is clean, affordable, and easy to access. The staff is friendly and helpful, making the entire process simple and stress-free. A reliable and convenient place to store your belongings!
The location is really convenient for me as it’s 3 blocks away but what makes this storage really special is the people who work there. Kiara and Shana are the best. The have been most helpful ever with the process from start to end! Definitely worth renting if these guys are around.
Shana is the absolute 💯 best! I love hee energy and friendliness! I only like to work with her because she represents Prime Storage very well!
It has been a pleasure doing business with Prime Storage. I really appreciate the hospitality they show. Shana has represented Prime Storage to the fullest. Thank you again Shana for all you do❤️
Shana was very helpful. She kept us entertained with her jokes and she showed us around the unit so we can know where to go. She even helped us when we got lost. I’ll always be a customer her at the Prime storage in Jersey City. They are fantastic, especially with Shana working here.
