The ladies at this Prime Storage location were top notch. They went out the way to give us options that would work for our needs and allowed us the freedom to ask as many questions as needed to make our decision. Highly recommend! Have used other facilities, but these folks are the best. Very clean, secure, reasonably priced, and very easy to work with. Went above and beyond to help us out and couldn't be happier. Shana in particular is world class. 5 stars
Great experience at Prime Storage! Guillermo and Kiara were both extremely helpful and friendly. They took the time to show me different storage units, explained everything clearly, and made sure I found a storage unit beat fit for me. The process was smooth and stress free thanks to them. Highly recommend this location and their team.
Shana is hands down the best! She went above and beyond throughout my entire moving process—she jumped in and helped from beginning to end. Her commitment to making sure customers are taken care of is unmatched. I highly recommend her and this storage location. She absolutely deserves a raise for her hard work! I’m forever thankful!
I would not recommend this location to anyone looking for a storage unit in the area. Initially I was okay with the arrangement but the two female staff were argumentative, defensive and rude when I questioned them about the back exit door being closed while I was still inside. They punished me by not renewing my lease giving me about a week to move my things and find a new storage space. Which was extremely inconsiderate and a huge inconvenience to me.
