Shana was very helpful. She kept us entertained with her jokes and she showed us around the unit so we can know where to go. She even helped us when we got lost. I’ll always be a customer her at the Prime storage in Jersey City. They are fantastic, especially with Shana working here.
The location is really convenient for me as it’s 3 blocks away but what makes this storage really special is the people who work there. Kiara and Shana are the best. The have been most helpful ever with the process from start to end! Definitely worth renting if these guys are around.

Everyone I spoke to/worked with at this facility was so kind and very communicative. I had a quick storage reservation to hold my home items before I could move into a new apartment and the entire process was easy and breezy due to the simple booking system online and this fantastic team! The next time I need storage needs, Prime Storage in Jersey City will be my first call!
The ladies at this Prime Storage location were top notch. They went out the way to give us options that would work for our needs and allowed us the freedom to ask as many questions as needed to make our decision.
