Great experience at Prime Storage! Guillermo and Kiara were both extremely helpful and friendly. They took the time to show me different storage units, explained everything clearly, and made sure I found a storage unit beat fit for me. The process was smooth and stress free thanks to them. Highly recommend this location and their team.
Shana is hands down the best! She went above and beyond throughout my entire moving process—she jumped in and helped from beginning to end. Her commitment to making sure customers are taken care of is unmatched. I highly recommend her and this storage location. She absolutely deserves a raise for her hard work! I’m forever thankful!

My wife and I went and checked out the place, and the lady at the front desk Shana was very nice and professional. We ended up with the unit we needed. It is very clean and easy to access. We are very happy. Thank you!
