My husband and I went to check out the facility last week. Shana at the front desk showed us around. She was so patient and friendly. The booking process was very easy. We got our stuff in the storage today with no issues. Thank you, Shana and team!

My partner and I recently found this storage facility and are absolutely thrilled with the service and the help we've gotten so far. Shana, who is the manager, is terrific! She goes above and beyond. We have a space here for our organic EVOO business and had to bug her for so many things, such as exterminator paperwork, camera locations, etc. We highly recommend the facility and Shana

To begin with, I would have expected some improvements under the new management—especially now that Blue Storage is no longer in charge. Unfortunately, the same issues persist, such as only one working elevator while the other remains out of service. My unit is on the fourth floor, so this is a significant inconvenience. When I called for assistance, I was surprised and disappointed by the attitude of the front desk staff, who seemed frustrated by my request for help. Would give 0 starts if it were possible. Beware: Neither of the freight elevators are working making upper floors difficult to access. Rental fees keep going up every 6 months and service and facilities keep getting worse leaving customer frustrated.
