I had a great experience at Prime Storage thanks to Luz! She was incredibly kind, respectful, and helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all of my questions, made everything easy to understand, and provided excellent customer service with a positive attitude. It’s clear she genuinely cares about helping customers. Thank you, Luz, for making my experience such a pleasant one. I highly recommend this location!
The front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful. She took the time to show us the available storage units and made the process easy. My only concern was that the top floor did not seem to have air conditioning, so it was very hot and had a noticeable mechanical smell. Overall, the customer service was great, but improving ventilation on the top floor would make the experience much better.
I can’t say enough great things about my experience at Prime Storage, all thanks to Luz who works there! Her customer service is absolutely exceptional. First of all, it was very clean. The manager was very friendly and resourceful. Any questions were always answered right away. Never any problems at all. I'd recommend this place, I've had other places and always ran into problems and that wasn't the case here, i can say honestly not one problem. Even the bathroom was clean. If you meet Luz your in for a smooth ride
Being helped by Segundo was a great experience. He is very knowledgeable and patient with my questions. And was very helpful with anything I needed .Friendly and highly competent folks.
