So I was looking for a storage unit a little close to home something clean and convenient. I came upon prime storage located in Garfield on River Road and I have to say it is so cute so clean so friendly so Professional, has AC and elevator. Luz was amazing she explained everything no hidden fees she was polite And answered all my questions and concern she really heard what I had to say, and was able to accommodate me to the fullness. *MOVED OUT AFTER PRIME TOOK OVER* Awful experience when they took over my previous storage facility. Immediately jacked up the rates and filled the place with employees who just don't care. I got a call there was a leak in my unit. I was able to move my stuff to a different (smaller) unit for what I thought would be a few days while they made repairs.
