*MOVED OUT AFTER PRIME TOOK OVER* Awful experience when they took over my previous storage facility. Immediately jacked up the rates and filled the place with employees who just don't care. I got a call there was a leak in my unit. I was able to move my stuff to a different (smaller) unit for what I thought would be a few days while they made repairs.
