*MOVED OUT AFTER PRIME TOOK OVER* Awful experience when they took over my previous storage facility. Immediately jacked up the rates and filled the place with employees who just don't care. I got a call there was a leak in my unit. I was able to move my stuff to a different (smaller) unit for what I thought would be a few days while they made repairs. I came upon prime storage located in Garfield on River Road and I have to say it is so cute so clean so friendly so Professional, has AC and elevator.
