Chris was very kind, helpful, and professional. He promptly helped me resolve an issue with my storage access password and made everything quick and easy. I really appreciate his excellent customer service. Thank you, Chris!

The AC never works, the elevator never works, there is no one ever on site, you speak within remote agent via a QR code to report a problem, and none of them have ever been to the property. In addition, it gets dirtier by the week. Not sure anyone even sweeps the aisleway anymore. It was phenomenal when Rebecca still managed it for Burlington Taj Mahal. It has continued only to decline since Prime Storage acquired it.

This was the best storage place when we lived near Wellington. The location worked really well and the space was great at a decent price. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and helped me choose the best unit which actually turned out to be smaller than we thought we needed. They were truly helpful with that

Chris was an excellent help with retrieving my keys from below the elevator. Got the run around from customer service for days and Chris was able to help me retrieve my keys in an hour. I’m so grateful!!!
