My experience with Prime Storage has been hassle free. Chris is very helpful, so professional and all around such a nice person.
Not a great experience. Arrived from out of state towing my golf cart. Had booked storage over the phone and had been assured the space was drive in, and would accommodate my golf cart. Turns out the storage was raised, oriented the wrong way, and door height was too low. A total fail. I had to scramble to find alternate arrangements. Lost my ‘Administration Fee’, plus the cost of a lock I had to purchase from them.
