I have been at Prime Storage for about 15 years. The staff is helpful and attentive to my needs. Rachel has always made extra effort to be helpful. Today Chris helped me with a situation promptly and efficiently. Thank you Prime Storage!

Easy access, and they also have flatbeds available, which came in handy at no cost. Highly recommend for anyone looking for storage. Some of the units have a special where you can get one month free
Not a great experience. Arrived from out of state towing my golf cart. Had booked storage over the phone and had been assured the space was drive in, and would accommodate my golf cart. Turns out the storage was raised, oriented the wrong way, and door height was too low. A total fail. I had to scramble to find alternate arrangements. Lost my ‘Administration Fee’, plus the cost of a lock I had to purchase from them.
Was at prime storage today doing a job for them and Chris made the day so much easier was awesome to work with and very knowledgeable about the facility and where things were located and was great with the customers that came in !
