The manager, Rebecca, was so helpful! I was looking for the storage unit of my deceased sister and Rebecca literally made a phone call and tracked it down at another storage facility for us. She gave all the information to my friend who was there in person. I am not local and this was proving to be a difficult task for me to sort out. So appreciative of her help!
