Revised……I really didn’t want to do this survey but you just keep sending it to me! I’ve been renting a unit there for a year and a half when they were cube smart! I rented an additional unit to have my business stuff separate from my personal stuff and the cost went up on me the next month. I feel robbed, So I had to let that second one go and move everything back into my original unit that I started with! The facility is nice, climate good, and clean. The outlets outside the units do not work. The over head lights in the isle is automatic and go out after a few minutes. This leaves you in total darkness inside your unit. The recent price increase of over $70 a month, the darkness, and no use of an outet made it an easy decision to move out.
Highly recommend this storage facility! Amanda st the front desk was so helpful, professional and kind!! Finally a business where an employee was not only kind but knew HER STUFF! Easy rental, hassle and stress free! Thank You! 😊🙌🏼 Best Prices around also!
The facility is very clean and well secured. All the employees are very nice and helpful. After having some technical difficulties moving my stuff into my storage locker, I was able to get immediate help making a stressful issue disappear with a 5 minute phone call.
Amanda is so great!! Just recently downsized my storage unit after being with prime storage for while. The process was really smooth and Amanda was super helpful and accommodating!!! She definitely made the process %100 times better in my opinion. Shout out to her cause I wouldn’t want anyone else helping🙏🏽
