Revised……I really didn’t want to do this survey but you just keep sending it to me! I’ve been renting a unit there for a year and a half when they were cube smart! I feel robbed, So I had to let that second one go and move everything back into my original unit that I started with! Amanda is so great!! Just recently downsized my storage unit after being with prime storage for while. The process was really smooth and Amanda was super helpful and accommodating!!! She definitely made the process %100 times better in my opinion. Shout out to her cause I wouldn’t want anyone else helping🙏🏽
The facility is nice, climate good, and clean. The outlets outside the units do not work. The over head lights in the isle is automatic and go out after a few minutes. This leaves you in total darkness inside your unit. The recent price increase of over $70 a month, the darkness, and no use of an outet made it an easy decision to move out.
Solid onboarding process. Clean facilities, with self service access and even carts to make loading / unloading easier (seriously saved my back). The pricing is great too. We got a ton of space for not that much a month. Way better deal than Guardian and the others we looked at. 👍
Amanda with prime storage in West Mifflin is simply AMAZING! Hands down the best customer service my Wife and I have experienced in a long time. Also Prime Storage has the best Climate Controlled units in the 412
