Amanda is so great!! Just recently downsized my storage unit after being with prime storage for while. The process was really smooth and Amanda was super helpful and accommodating!!! She definitely made the process %100 times better in my opinion. Shout out to her cause I wouldn’t want anyone else helping🙏🏽
Solid onboarding process. Clean facilities, with self service access and even carts to make loading / unloading easier (seriously saved my back). The pricing is great too. We got a ton of space for not that much a month. Way better deal than Guardian and the others we looked at. 👍

The facility is very clean and well secured. All the employees are very nice and helpful. After having some technical difficulties moving my stuff into my storage locker, I was able to get immediate help making a stressful issue disappear with a 5 minute phone call.
I have rented storage units before, but never did I have someone like Amanda not only is friendly efficient but also promise you wouldn't laugh when I couldn't figure out how to lock my storage unit and she had to come down and help me. I love the efficiency, I like that it's climate controlled and that Amanda made it very easy to rent the size of storage unit that I needed and we discussed what was going in there and she made a very good suggestion. I appreciate her professionalism and her dedication to her job.
