I really didn’t want to do this survey but you just keep sending it to me! I’ve been renting a unit there for a year and a half when they were cube smart! I rented an additional unit to have my business stuff separate from my personal stuff and the cost went up on me the next month. I feel robbed, So I had to let that second one go and move everything back into my original unit that I started with! Solid onboarding process. Clean facilities, with self service access and even carts to make loading / unloading easier (seriously saved my back). The pricing is great too. We got a ton of space for not that much a month. Way better deal than Guardian and the others we looked at. 👍
I have rented storage units before, but never did I have someone like Amanda not only is friendly efficient but also promise you wouldn't laugh when I couldn't figure out how to lock my storage unit and she had to come down and help me. I love the efficiency, I like that it's climate controlled and that Amanda made it very easy to rent the size of storage unit that I needed and we discussed what was going in there and she made a very good suggestion. I appreciate her professionalism and her dedication to her job.
I leased a unit in July 2025. In September 2025, Prime Storage increased the monthly rent by $10 per month. On Saturday, September 6, 2025, at 5:00 pm, I went to the unit to put some items in storage and found that the exterior door to the facility was jammed in the open position. I called the contact number and explained the problem and was told that the "General Manager has been made aware of the problem." Someone apparently called in to report the issue a "few hours ago." Cleanest storage unit I’ve ever been in. Amanda has been extremely helpful with any needs or questions we had. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone.
