I really didn’t want to do this survey but you just keep sending it to me! I’ve been renting a unit there for a year and a half when they were cube smart! I rented an additional unit to have my business stuff separate from my personal stuff and the cost went up on me the next month. I feel robbed, So I had to let that second one go and move everything back into my original unit that I started with! Solid onboarding process. Clean facilities, with self service access and even carts to make loading / unloading easier (seriously saved my back). The pricing is great too. We got a ton of space for not that much a month. Way better deal than Guardian and the others we looked at. 👍
Making a reservation was easy and checking-in was a breeze. Office hours are convenient: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM M-F, 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM on Saturday. Access to the storage unit is available everyday 6:00 AM - 10:00 PM. At the location in West Mifflin, PA, Amanda was courteous, professional and amiable. She showed me my unit, instructed me on how to enter the building and demonstrated the way to correctly lock the unit when finished. Nice clean space, both the lobby/hallways but also the actual unit! Staff was friendly and knowledgeable and getting everything reserved set up was quick and easy! Locked in a great price when I reserved as well, before the prices went up last weekend!
I chose prime storage for its proximity to my house and its affordability.I never rented a storage unit before so I was pretty squirrelly about it. Thankfully, Amanda was there and explained everything to me. She went out of her way to ensure that I understood every detail of the contract, gave me a tour of the facility while being pleasant and friendly. I left my unit open, and she called me to ensure that I could lock it. Thank you Amanda!
