Get bigger carts please! These current ones are a joke. Something like these would make a world's difference! I'd love to change this review because other than this the units are nice and well maintained.
Leann was very sweet and so helpful! Kept my things in storage for about 10 months and had no issues during that time. Only issue when moving out was 2 of my things got mold on them. It looks like it may have come from the unit next to mine with how it spread. Leann helped me with a claim though to get it figured out!
Paul is a very nice man. He takes care of my needs with a smile on his face. Hopefully I will be able to buy a house soon and won't have to sleep in my truck any longer. Keep the good work up Paul
Such a pleasant experience from beginning to end. Leanna was super welcoming and informative, helped get the best deal and was very kind. The units are climate control and feel amazing! Very clean. 10/10 highly recommend stroking with Prime Storage Monroe, Mi!
Leann was really nice and such a great help! Highly recommend going here they have great deals and she was sure to let me know about the promotions they had going on so I could choose what best suits me! She also showed me the unit before I choose and how to use the lock!
