I rented a climate control 10 x 20 Told them that I had my own insurance and I gave them the paperwork and I proceeded to put several boxes and some personal items inside the storage bin. Prime Storage is absolutely fantastic! From the moment I inquired about a unit, the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The facility itself is spotless, well-maintained, and I always feel secure knowing my belongings are there. Access is super convenient, and their pricing is really fair for the quality you get. I highly recommend them to anyone needing storage!
This is was the easiest process to open a storage unit I have ever experienced. The staff is super friendly, the units and building are clean, the price is great, and there are karts at every exterior door to make moving all of your items super easy and convenient. Highly recommend!
*I did reach out to discuss & resolve the issue. I tried to resolve it before posting the review. They were not interested in doing so. I received water damage to my items due to the facility, not due to any of my belongings.
Highly recommend this facility! The rental process was incredibly quick and seamless. The entire place is super clean and feels very secure. Prices are great and the staff there is super friendly an very helpful. Definite 5 stars!"
