Prime Storage is absolutely fantastic! From the moment I inquired about a unit, the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The facility itself is spotless, well-maintained, and I always feel secure knowing my belongings are there. Access is super convenient, and their pricing is really fair for the quality you get. I highly recommend them to anyone needing storage!
Edit: Get bigger carts please! These current ones are a joke. Something like these would make a world's difference! I'd love to change this review because other than this the units are nice and well maintained. They got the bigger carts!! Definitely helped a lot. Thanks for that. Much appreciated. Although they did raise my "rent" by almost double when they had told when signing up that it wouldn't go up and said there was nothing they could do when I did come in to ask about it and said they sent out a notice. Simple process and the unit was clean. I had no issues while having my stuff there. Leann was a huge help and so nice and friendly!!! Thank you so much I will definitely use you guys in the future!!!
I originally gave the place a 5 star. I am extremely disappointed with how our experience turned out. We reserved a unit that was supposed to be 1st month free rent. What they dont tell you is about the hidden fees. The locks have to be very specific and are impossible to purchase anywhere so you're forced to buy from them. We were told there would be large carts at every door to get our stuff to our indoor unit. Thankfully we checked things out before taking our stuff there. The carts were literally 3'x2'.
