Prime Storage is absolutely fantastic! From the moment I inquired about a unit, the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The facility itself is spotless, well-maintained, and I always feel secure knowing my belongings are there. Access is super convenient, and their pricing is really fair for the quality you get. I highly recommend them to anyone needing storage!

This is was the easiest process to open a storage unit I have ever experienced. The staff is super friendly, the units and building are clean, the price is great, and there are karts at every exterior door to make moving all of your items super easy and convenient. Highly recommend!
Edit: Get bigger carts please! These current ones are a joke. Something like these would make a world's difference! I'd love to change this review because other than this the units are nice and well maintained. They got the bigger carts!! Definitely helped a lot. Thanks for that. Much appreciated. Although they did raise my "rent" by almost double when they had told when signing up that it wouldn't go up and said there was nothing they could do when I did come in to ask about it and said they sent out a notice. Staff is truly amazing super polite an very helpful! Place is wonderful! very clean, very spacious, very friendly. definitely the best storage place around!
