I recently rented a storage unit at Prime Storage in Monroe (in the old Kmart building), and I couldn't be happier. This place is clean and new and the building is clean, secure, and very well maintained, making the moving process easy. Leann gave us outstanding service. She was very kind, and helpful from the moment I walked in. Edit: Get bigger carts please! These current ones are a joke. Something like these would make a world's difference! I'd love to change this review because other than this the units are nice and well maintained. They got the bigger carts!! Definitely helped a lot. Thanks for that. Much appreciated. Although they did raise my "rent" by almost double when they had told when signing up that it wouldn't go up and said there was nothing they could do when I did come in to ask about it and said they sent out a notice.
