⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly Recommend Prime Storage! I’ve had such a good experience with Prime Storage. The staff has been super nice and helpful every time I’ve needed something. The place is always clean and feels really secure, which gives me peace of mind knowing my stuff is safe. The prices are fair, and getting set up was quick and easy. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a reliable storage place!
Get bigger carts please! These current ones are a joke. Something like these would make a world's difference! I'd love to change this review because other than this the units are nice and well maintained.
Leann in the office was very friendly and helpful. I almost did not rent from this company because I have been getting phone calls pressuring me to rent. I planned on renting but I wanted to come in and see the unit and they would not let up. I had to finally hang up on him. My son was in the hospital and I had a lot going on and he continued to pressure me. Leann however was very friendly made me feel comfortable in what I was renting and the price. I appreciate her help today. Thanks
I originally gave the place a 5 star. I am extremely disappointed with how our experience turned out. We reserved a unit that was supposed to be 1st month free rent. What they dont tell you is about the hidden fees. The locks have to be very specific and are impossible to purchase anywhere so you're forced to buy from them. We were told there would be large carts at every door to get our stuff to our indoor unit. Thankfully we checked things out before taking our stuff there. The carts were literally 3'x2'. Leann was really nice and such a great help! Highly recommend going here they have great deals and she was sure to let me know about the promotions they had going on so I could choose what best suits me! She also showed me the unit before I choose and how to use the lock!
