So far, I haven't been able to access my unit, it's frozen shut. I was not able to find an employee and when I called, I was given an access code, but found my unit has no internal door. It's been over a week since we rented, and I still can't access. I went by over the weekend and there were crews removing ice from the roof, but I still can't access my unit. Don't bother. Go down the street. I wish I had.

Reserving the unit was easy. The Associate that walked me through the lease, insurance, and autopay was awesome! I was assured that on move in date, I’d be able use my access code to get in as soon as access opened (6:00 am). I even called the day before to verify I’d be able to get in and was told I’m “All set”. I put my code in and the entry kiosk display “Welcome Scott, See Manager”… Manager isn’t on site until 10 am. We were welcomed personally when we moved into our storage unit. Had many units and never had someone come out and thank us for doing business with them. Also, very helpful when the lock handle failed and a new one was installed immediately. Great customer service.
This is the second year we’ve used Prime Storage in Bangor, ME for storing our daughter’s college furniture during the summer. We had a great experience last year and I’m happy to say that Tim had provided excellent service again in advance of our rental for this summer. He’s very proactive and helpful to ensure we have the unit best suited to our needs and to make the rental process as easy as possible.
