Prime Storage is a relatively new option that I’ve found to be a great solution for storing my extra household items. Prime storage is a nice and clean facility. It’s very easy to get to my second floor storage unit. BUT it was quite hard to get the unit. I was sent to several different customer representatives and it was difficult to rent due to confusion on their part. They couldn’t retrieve my email and how to get everything set up in order for me to rent the unit. I had to use an alternative email to get everything set up. Working with Max and team at Prime Storage pertaining to obtaining a storage unit was a great experience all around. Max was extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Prime Storage provides very clean and spacious units. Kudos to Max as he is a true asset to the company. Thank you again as I highly recommend the facility to anyone looking for storage needs.
Good storage place. Climate controlled. Unfortunately the web prices do not disclose a mandatory extra fee for insurance unless you show them a homeowners policy that covers your storage. Also they charge extra if you want to access your storage outside 'normal' hours even though it is the exact same electronic access.
Came in for a tour. Facility was very clean and well organized. Spoke with the manager Haley. She was very friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. I would recommend this facility to my friends.
