So far, I haven't been able to access my unit, it's frozen shut. I was not able to find an employee and when I called, I was given an access code, but found my unit has no internal door. It's been over a week since we rented, and I still can't access. I went by over the weekend and there were crews removing ice from the roof, but I still can't access my unit. Don't bother. Go down the street. I wish I had.

We were welcomed personally when we moved into our storage unit. Had many units and never had someone come out and thank us for doing business with them. Also, very helpful when the lock handle failed and a new one was installed immediately. Great customer service.
Raised price over 3 years from something like 60/mo to 150/mo on my unit. seemed like every month it went up some. Required me to bring in my homeowners insurance info yearly to wave the insurance fee otherwise it was like an extra 15 a month. what a hassle. Now that I left, I get daily emails asking me to review them. Great decision prime storage. Had I not been bothered daily to leave a review, you'd have one fewer 2 star reviews!
Came in for a tour. Facility was very clean and well organized. Spoke with the manager Haley. She was very friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. I would recommend this facility to my friends.
