Clean facility. Wonderful customer service but after only a couple months renting they raised prices over $30 more. Interesting this happened in May after students have things stored and have left until Fall with no choice. So I cannot give 5 stars.
Haley was awesome! She helped me figure out what I needed, and was super sweet and professional! I definitely recommend if you're looking for a storage unit.
Used the Bangor, ME location and very pleased. Staff is accommodating in walking us through the process. Great alternative for UMaine students who don’t want to lug their belongings back and forth.
Haley and Josh honestly were such great help. I had to go up there a few different times and both had smiles on their faces and were so eager to help me figure out what I needed. I can't talk enough about their professionalism as well. 5/5 location. Will definitely refer to others!
