A LIAR AND A THIEF! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! After 2 months, they increased the price from $79 to $119. Because I had already moved 40 miles away, I moved all of my things out before the next month was due. I then received an invoice, and was told I owe $35 for some kind of "leaving early fee". I was never told I must give a FIFTEEN DAY NOTICE to avoid such a fee. I had an excellent experience with the online booking process for Prime Storage. The website was incredibly easy to navigate, and I was able to find exactly what I needed in just a few minutes. The unit options were clearly laid out with transparent pricing, which made comparing sizes and costs simple and stress-free. So far, I haven't been able to access my unit, it's frozen shut. I was not able to find an employee and when I called, I was given an access code, but found my unit has no internal door. It's been over a week since we rented, and I still can't access. I went by over the weekend and there were crews removing ice from the roof, but I still can't access my unit. Don't bother. Go down the street. I wish I had.

To tell you the truth, I wish I could give two separate ratings. For the local team, from the front desk all the way through management, I would give 5 stars without hesitation. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ They genuinely seem to care about their customers and do their best to make decisions that are good for both the customer and the long-term success of the business. Reserving the unit was easy. The Associate that walked me through the lease, insurance, and autopay was awesome! I was assured that on move in date, I’d be able use my access code to get in as soon as access opened (6:00 am). I even called the day before to verify I’d be able to get in and was told I’m “All set”. I put my code in and the entry kiosk display “Welcome Scott, See Manager”… Manager isn’t on site until 10 am.
