I’ve used several storage facilities across the state and the Bangor Prime facility is exceptional. Always clean, attentive staff, climate controlled, and secure access which makes me feel confident when storing my things. Great location.
Prime Storage is a relatively new option that I’ve found to be a great solution for storing my extra household items. The unit sizes are a perfect fit for my needs, and I genuinely appreciate the friendly and helpful management team. Fantastic and friendly service - after discovering a "winter in Maine" barrier to moving our stuff into our original unit, they made it right immediately! Truly appreciate the quick pivot!
Good storage place. Climate controlled. Unfortunately the web prices do not disclose a mandatory extra fee for insurance unless you show them a homeowners policy that covers your storage. Also they charge extra if you want to access your storage outside 'normal' hours even though it is the exact same electronic access.
Came in for a tour. Facility was very clean and well organized. Spoke with the manager Haley. She was very friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. I would recommend this facility to my friends.
