Friendly, informative, attentive staff. Clean, easily accessible inside unit. Fair price. Like most business today, always some additional hidden charge, this comes in the form of special cylinder lock that only works on their doors that you will probably never use again.
So far so good, we moved in about a week ago. The woman in the office showed us around and she was very friendly and helpful. The place is very clean and convenient to where we live. The special rate is great but don't know how long that will last.
Such a conveniently located storage facility, very clean, well taken care of and the move in price was very reasonable. I am hoping it’s not one of those reel ya in kinda deals then raise the price a ridiculous amount a few months down the road. … Jessica was a great help and very welcoming during the move in process. The only unfortunate complaint I have is the new virtual kiosk, it was very confusing and inconvenient, human interaction is much more important and welcoming.
Prime storage is an excellent choice for your storage needs! The staff is very customer oriented and always available for any questions. The facility is clean and state of the art. The pricing is the best and they have everything you need….including carts! I highly recommend them!
Moving involves a lot of complicated steps. I am happy to say Prime Storage made securing storage units a breeze. In addition, when I needed to upgrade to a larger unit, it turned out to be a seamless 5 minute endeavor.
