This is the second time I have rented from Prime! The young lady who manages the place Is absolutely perfect! She returns phone calls. She's polite and very knowledgeable. When I called to change the size of my storage unit before I moved in the corporate line picked up and took care of it for me. Super easy! They could not have been more accommodating! Plus, the facility is wicked, secure and unbelievably Clean!!!
Jessica was amazing! She was very helpful with options and choices on the units. She made our search for a storage unit a perfect one.
The manager was very nice, took care of all my needs and concerns. Answer all my questions without hesitation and took me to look at different sizes before I committed to anything. Let me make choices on my own. That's the way I like it!! Not pushes but very thoughtful of my own property and what to do with it soo it doesn't get damaged. They are an excellent place for a Storage company.
Both my husband and I would like to express our gratitude for the service provided by Jessica at Prime Store. It was excellent-all the details of the contract were explained very clearly, and she made sure to offer us every discount opportunity available. She was also very patient in explaining every detail regarding how to access the units. EXCELLENT WORK-JESSICA!
Very satisfied with the local staff (Kenny) and Manager Jessica during our 3 month rental of up to 3 storage units. Very pleasant to deal with and understanding our needs & requirements. Also, Jessica made the closure of the 3 rental contracts easy for us since we had already moved out of the area, after submitting our letter with our move-out dates. Thank you Prime!
