My experience with Jessica was very positive. She was helpful, explained the rental process and it was all done with a smile on her face. Customer service at this facility is top notch. I hope Prime storage continues with the fair prices. The facility is clean and secure.

My unit was clean and easily accessible at all times. I know they were having issues with the gate but that didn't concern me. it's in a nice area, so I would say you would never have to worry about. they are always helpful & knowledgeable. I think it was Kenny who assisted me quite a few times very helpful and kind. I only had the unit for a month but if I ever need storage again I would definitely consider Prime storage

Clean, well lit place with good rates. Most places these days have some computer screen to talk to or some kind of self checkout, it was nice meeting an actual person who could show me around. Jessica found exactly what I needed and made me feel like she really cares about my stuff, and I felt good leaving it there while I'm away from Florida. I'd recommend this place to anyone.

If anyone needs a storage unit in Punta Gorda I’d highly recommend Prime Storage. Not because of the place but because of the staff. Kenneth was extremely helpful, kind and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. So if you’re even in need of a unit go see Kenneth.
