The manager was very nice, took care of all my needs and concerns. Answer all my questions without hesitation and took me to look at different sizes before I committed to anything. Let me make choices on my own. That's the way I like it!! Not pushes but very thoughtful of my own property and what to do with it soo it doesn't get damaged. They are an excellent place for a Storage company.
My experience with Jessica was very positive. She was helpful, explained the rental process and it was all done with a smile on her face. Customer service at this facility is top notch. I hope Prime storage continues with the fair prices. The facility is clean and secure.
Clean, well lit place with good rates. Most places these days have some computer screen to talk to or some kind of self checkout, it was nice meeting an actual person who could show me around. Jessica found exactly what I needed and made me feel like she really cares about my stuff, and I felt good leaving it there while I'm away from Florida. I'd recommend this place to anyone.
Such a conveniently located storage facility, very clean, well taken care of and the move in price was very reasonable. I am hoping it’s not one of those reel ya in kinda deals then raise the price a ridiculous amount a few months down the road. … Jessica was a great help and very welcoming during the move in process. The only unfortunate complaint I have is the new virtual kiosk, it was very confusing and inconvenient, human interaction is much more important and welcoming.
