If you're in need of a storage unit, you should definitely use this facility. I was helped by Jessica Morris. Not only was she kind and helpful but was able to get everything taken care of with lightning speed. I feel confident that my belongings will be safe here and can't praise Jessica enough for her excellent service. I'm going to be paying my monthly bill in person, just for the chance to chat with her again. She genuinely brightened my day.
These people are awesome! I bought the wrong lock for my storage unit and they gave me one of theres for free. Thank u so much! The storage units are really nice too. I would tell people about this place anytime.
A unit was needed for several months after the hurricanes. The initial rental process was very easy and the building was very secure with access codes, security cameras, etc. The staff also did walk throughs. The app was easy to use to make payment, see security code, etc.
Kenneth was very informative. The units are clean and well kept. Good rates, nice insurance coverage with no deductibles. Excellent service. Thank you!
Jessica was so kind and professional to me , much appreciation to her and the gentleman (forgot his name) that assisted me…. I was outside loading my truck and ( the gentleman ) offered to help me…I was so taken back as who does that any more in that type of situation…?
