My experience with Jessica was very positive. She was helpful, explained the rental process and it was all done with a smile on her face. Customer service at this facility is top notch. I hope Prime storage continues with the fair prices. The facility is clean and secure.
Clean, well lit place with good rates. Most places these days have some computer screen to talk to or some kind of self checkout, it was nice meeting an actual person who could show me around. Jessica found exactly what I needed and made me feel like she really cares about my stuff, and I felt good leaving it there while I'm away from Florida. I'd recommend this place to anyone.

Friendly, informative, attentive staff. Clean, easily accessible inside unit. Fair price. Like most business today, always some additional hidden charge, this comes in the form of special cylinder lock that only works on their doors that you will probably never use again.
So far so good, we moved in about a week ago. The woman in the office showed us around and she was very friendly and helpful. The place is very clean and convenient to where we live. The special rate is great but don't know how long that will last.
