Had a great experience with Prime Storage! The facility is new and very clean, which was exactly what I was looking for. Edwin at the front desk was incredibly helpful, friendly, and courteous throughout the entire process. He really went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and make sure everything was taken care of. Tyler, the site manager, made everything seamless - from coordination to setup, he was friendly, helpful, and really focused on making sure I was taken care of. I rented 5 units and they were all very clean and I didn’t have any mice problem's. The intro pricing was very good and the pricing overall was very fair. The staff was helpful and their access gates always worked unlike another facility I used. I recommend this place over others I have used.
Tyler was super helpful and patient as we went through all the storage options at the property. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! It’s an exceptionally clean new facility! I will be recommending this property to everyone.

If I could give 10 stars I would. I scheduled a unit for my daughter to store her dorm belongings over the summer(since we live 10 hrs away) and Tammy - from the IL07 location in Glendale Heights was amazing. My contract didn't come through and she searched for it, got it sent, and then walked me through everything my daughter would need to utilize the unit. It felt as if she really cared. I feel she went above and beyond. Thank you Tammy.
