We were able to rent a 10X15 unit at the Prime Storage in Andover, Mass and have had a wonderful experience! Setting up an account online was SUPER easy with the help of Kyle and Nicole, the unit itself is super clean and we were able to use a cart on the property that Prime has for its renters, and there were plenty of locks available for sale. HIGHLY recommend!
I’ve only been in for 1 week but so far, clean, easy access for renters, great hours of access and it’s a new facility so that is a huge bonus. So far so good!! Tyler helped me and showed the unit and Michelle called the next day to seal the unit rental. Both employees were professional, friendly, accommodating and great!!! Honestly sealed it for us having such professionals and personable employees. Great job!!!
Tyler was exceptional. He was very thorough with explaining everything making sure we understood. He showed us the entire site and stayed late, nearly half hour after his shift was supposed to end and it’s a holiday weekend. Thank you very much, Tyler. Excited this is my first storage unit to rent and first tenants of our unit! It worked out.
Rented a 10 x 10 through online and over the phone chain to make sure that it was proper size and felt that I needed more space Michelle the assistant manager helped me out with purchasing another unit and was very Thorough. She had great customer service. I will be recommending friend that need storage. Here for sure.
Its my first time renting a storage unit, but i hope that every other experience is like this. Tyler, the general manager, was such a cool guy. He helped walk us through the whole facility and explained to us how everything work. Made everything so simple and made us feel welcomed even though we are from out of the state. He is the defenition fo what good customer service is. Wouldnt trust my stuff anywhere else.
