I’ve only been in for 1 week but so far, clean, easy access for renters, great hours of access and it’s a new facility so that is a huge bonus. So far so good!! Tyler helped me and showed the unit and Michelle called the next day to seal the unit rental. Both employees were professional, friendly, accommodating and great!!! Honestly sealed it for us having such professionals and personable employees. Great job!!!
Its my first time renting a storage unit, but i hope that every other experience is like this. Tyler, the general manager, was such a cool guy. He helped walk us through the whole facility and explained to us how everything work. Made everything so simple and made us feel welcomed even though we are from out of the state. He is the defenition fo what good customer service is. Wouldnt trust my stuff anywhere else.
Michelle and Tyler are great. The whole process was fast as a walk in and rates are good. The place is clean, well built, and accessible. Climate control seems fine and feels totally safe for storage. No complaints
