Brigitte was amazing in dealing with the issues of my move into storage upon transition from Barriere to Vernon. The facility is prime likes it’s name. Amazing security features, very clean and attention to details. Insect and rodent management seems to be paid attention to even while I was there loading my unit. I feel confident that one’s storage needs will be met and exceeded here. Post script: Ive been here over two months now and am still highly impressed with all aspects of this business!

I have recently moved to Vernon BC and required additional local storage space. After four months of rental and now engaging in an additional four months I fully and totally recommend Prime Storage as Vernon's number one storage facility. Prior to renting, I visited many other storage sights in Vernon and there was no comparison. Prime's facilities are clean, heated, well lighted, pest free and above all, security is a top priority. Brigitte was very helpful in hearing my needs in a new unit. Personally taking the time to show me unit options. Ankit was great in setting me up with my new unit in the following visit. I can tell they both take great pride in their work and customer service. These are the kind of employees that set businesses apart!
Brigitte made this process unbelievably easy and I would like to Thank her so much for it. Thank you Brigitte!! My time is very limited and she was able to work within those confines to show me the unit and process the paperwork. She even double checked to make sure my codes would work as I was coming in on the long weekend and I didn’t have time to come back in beforehand. She runs Prime Storage efficiently and effectively and I feel very assured to have my belongings stored here because of her.
