Allie at Prime Storage provided outstanding customer service! She was extremely knowledgeable, resolved everything I needed quickly, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Her professionalism and friendly attitude really stood out. I highly recommend working with Allie if you need help at Prime Storage.

I've been with them for years and never had any complaints. I accidentally clicked the wrong link to opt out of my payment reminder and was one day late on my payment. I kept a storage unit here for many years. Everything was fine. I had a 10x20, then went to a 10x10. I moved an hour North. I have to say I was able to get a 10x10 climate controlled unit for $100.00 less. Maybe this is because of location. But I had to mention it.

I was helping my neighbor get some of her things out of her storage unit earlier this week and Allie & Ty were very kind and patient when we went into the office with questions about how to use the website to make payments. It is such a pleasure to do business with people with great customer service.

The account was not able to be managed through the app and move out process was not explained properly which resulted in additional cost. Multiple calls required to cancel unit as improper information sent via email. Would not recommend.
