I've been with them for years and never had any complaints. I accidentally clicked the wrong link to opt out of my payment reminder and was one day late on my payment. I called prime storage and they notified me that I opted out and that's the reason I did not receive my reminder and said that they would do their best with upper management to get me a refund of my late fee. I was helping my neighbor get some of her things out of her storage unit earlier this week and Allie & Ty were very kind and patient when we went into the office with questions about how to use the website to make payments. It is such a pleasure to do business with people with great customer service.

Prime Storage is great. Prices are great, size of the units are worth the prices. The staff is amazing. Very helpful. There are two locations. Both on US-1. Most the time the staff is at the location in this picture.

The account was not able to be managed through the app and move out process was not explained properly which resulted in additional cost. Multiple calls required to cancel unit as improper information sent via email. Would not recommend.

We needed a size unit they didn't have available but Ty made it possible and helped us get us storage units and with a great deal. Asking questions to the right people matter! They have a great referral program too.Thank you so much Ty!!!
