Very clean and friendly! Nice and cool! Access 6am - 10pm. Also 24 hours access available for additional cost.
Allie is a pleasure to talk to and she is ALWAYS very helpful and professional and friendly, both in persona and on the phone. Jose also was very helpful and professional on the phone (haven't dealt with him in person yet). They both assisted me with getting my account corrected today. They are definitely assets to your company.
Came to get a 10x20 unit. Talked me into a larger one which was more to what I wanted. Great staff, friendly and got in and out super fast. Would recommend using to anyone
Bought a storage locker from Prime and Allie at the front desk is amazing. They’ll work with you for whatever you need. Always answering the phone, super polite and even helping with my work at their other location down the street. Customer service is excellent at this location
Allie was such a help! She walked me thru everything, showed me the space I would have. She is very knowledgeable and thorough! I appreciated her attention to detail. She's a great representative of the company!
