Very clean and friendly! Nice and cool! Access 6am - 10pm. Also 24 hours access available for additional cost.
We are extremely pleased with Prime Storage, both locations in Cocoa Florida. The staff were extremely helpful at both locations, and Allie at the location where were renting storage from was so professional, accommodating, efficient and helpful! Use Prime Storage and if could give better then 5 stars I would! The site is safe, clean, secure and in all my years this has been the best experience with storage. Thank you Dara and Fred.
Ally at prime storage was very helpful in getting me the right storage space and parking spot for everything I need to store at an affordable price. She was very helpful and knowledgeable with everything. Even took the time to show me all of the cameras to make sure my things are safe while being stored there. Very satisfied with the move. Allie is a pleasure to talk to and she is ALWAYS very helpful and professional and friendly, both in persona and on the phone. Jose also was very helpful and professional on the phone (haven't dealt with him in person yet). They both assisted me with getting my account corrected today.
