The manager at this Prime Storage location is absolutely outstanding! I’ve dealt with many storage facilities over the years, and I can honestly say he’s the best manager I’ve ever encountered. His professionalism and reliability are unmatched. He sets the standard for what customer service should be. This guy truly knows how to run a business and take care of his customers. I highly recommend this facility so if you’re looking for storage in the area, this is the place to go. The management alone makes it worth it! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
The lady working there now is so helpful. Great customer service. She keeps the place clean. You can finally use the restroom and go into the office. Previous managers kept it all closed up.
Frank was SO, SO HELPFUL!!! He is a very personable, knowledgeable and professional!!! He found 2 spots for us right away and let is decide which one we liked best. Spaces are very clean and is very close to where we now rent.
