Recently combined my two external units into one at Prime in Gilroy…..the entire process was A1. The site manager, Edgar, was super friendly, helpful, and got me set up quickly with no hassle. Facility looks clean, secure, and well maintained as well…..most definitely recommend if you need storage in the area.
The manager at this Prime Storage location is absolutely outstanding! I’ve dealt with many storage facilities over the years, and I can honestly say he’s the best manager I’ve ever encountered. His professionalism and reliability are unmatched. He sets the standard for what customer service should be. This guy truly knows how to run a business and take care of his customers. I highly recommend this facility so if you’re looking for storage in the area, this is the place to go. The management alone makes it worth it! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
UPDATE: 5.26.26 - The general manager was extremely RUDE and very accusatory throughout the interaction. I had to deescalate the situation because the level of aggression was unnecessary and made the experience uncomfortable. Overall, the customer service and professionalism could have been handled much better. Overall, I would not recommend Prime Storage to anyone. My wife and I moved in with ease. Manager (Edgar)was new but did a great job and took his time to explain the system. Thank you.
Met the new manager. Seems like he cares and expecting great things for this business. My mother rents here and love the location
