The manager at this Prime Storage location is absolutely outstanding! I’ve dealt with many storage facilities over the years, and I can honestly say he’s the best manager I’ve ever encountered. His professionalism and reliability are unmatched. He sets the standard for what customer service should be. This guy truly knows how to run a business and take care of his customers. My family hit some rough times recently and we fell behind on the payments of our storage. Kristina was able to get us a better rate and has been so patient, kind and understanding. I’m so grateful to her and Prime Storage for allowing us to get on our feet and not lose our things. I highly recommend them, the storage spaces are ample, their hours are great and it’s always clean.

My wife was little iffy about getting a storage we looked around and decided to go with Kristina over at prime storage she is dedicated to her job i dont often give reviews however her dedication is something that can't be overlooked. If she were my employee I'd definitely see a promotion in her future. Grate job prime storage.
