I’ve been a customer at Prime Storage for the past 3½ years, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Teddy, the manager, has always been professional, friendly, and courteous. He genuinely cares about his customers and consistently goes above and beyond to help. One example that really stood out was when I needed to upgrade to a larger storage unit. Was in need of Storage units twice in the last 8 years. Both times I worked with Teddy, the manager, who helped me decide the unit size I required and helped me secure one in the time I required. Truly appreciated his professional approach and his keeping me informed until a unit the size I needed became available. The facility is well maintained and hand trucks always available. Couldn’t have been happier with my choice and highly recommend this facility.
We needed short-term storage and Prime Storage was a convenient and cost-effective solution. It was great!
Like others, don’t be fooled by their initial rates to lure you as a customer. I’ve been using Prime Storage for a year and they have increased their rates FOUR TIMES!!! My monthly cost is almost double from when I started with them. While the facility is clean, their unilateral price increases are abhorrent and I’ll be looking for another facility ASAP.
Edit: Leaving after 4 months..MAJOR PRICE INCREACE!!!!! Went from $87 total to $172 total. they gave us a great starting rate of $68 with fees and taxes it all came to about $87 a month...... 4 months later i get charged $172 for 1 month!!!! they pretty much tripped the rate and raised it to $172 they raised the price from $68 for the unit....to $144 ....This is ridiculous.
