Me and my boyfriend just came here we had a very nice tour and I ended up getting a 5x10 unit they were very accommodating the place was extremely clean and they ended up price matching another storage facility in the area, I'm extremely happy with the service and the price...
Don't let this place fool you and the false advertisement prices they have out, because once you are settled in they jack up your monthly prices and never stop increasing. For people who are newer and don't have this experience, they haven't gotten around to you yet to increase your rate every few months. In less than a year, this place has increased my monthly payments so much that I'm now paying $100 more a month than I initially was, and I have their smallest room. I Have had my storage for three years now. It is such a well run facility very safe,secure and very ,very clean. Teddy who is in charge is amazing. He's always very pleasant, takes care of any issue immediately and takes care of the customers no matter how busy he is. Being a business person myself , I appreciate I a devoted employee. I defiantly recommend Prime Storage. Don't forget to ask for TEDDY!! He will certainly guide you through your Storage needs.
Teddy did a great job of showing our options and we ended up with a 10 × 8 unit. The prices were reasonable and Teddy was very friendly and informative. Highly recommended.
Ted at the Bridgewater prime storage location provided outstanding customer Service. I had found a unit for a lower price elsewhere and he went above and beyond to help me stay by working to Closely match the other facilities price. He was very kind, patient, and understanding, even though I reached out multiple times while trying to make a quick decision. He went out of his Way to help. It’s rare to find that level of care and professionalism these days.
