Sam with customer service was very helpful. She made signing up very easy and answered any question I had. She also pointed out any promotions that were available to me so that I could save as much money as possible. I am moving in this afternoon. The process was quick, convenient and easy. I have had storage for the last five years and this was by far the most convenient and simplest way to sign up. I've been renting the same size storage unit for many years and this is the best price around.
Check-in was not smooth, arrived after normal business hours. site not identified well. Ended up taking a different site. However all was handed well the next day over the phone so all was good.
We had a great experience. Sam was very knowledgeable and helped us through every step. Our unit is very nice and clean.
