I want to preface this by saying that this is a great new place that is clean and has easy access. However, I moved all of my items out 2 days after I paid for a month and called to try and get some money back and they DO NOT give you any money back if you move out in the middle of the month, so if you do rent here make sure you will be there for the entire time. I am now paying for 28 days for the 2 units that I rented to sit empty! I would even be happy with a partial refund but NOTHING!
I’m updating my review to a 1 star because I’m beyond frustrated with my move out experience. This is the problem when you use a call center that’s not based in the United States instead of having someone in the actual office that you can talk to. I talked to a women over the phone, told her my plan to move out by the end of the month. She never made mention that I needed to submit a photo of my empty parking spot, and told me I wouldn’t be paying a full month since I wouldn’t be using a full month. Everything is clean and looks brand new! It was really helpful that a lock was provided. The size unit I chose is 50% off for the first three months so that’s really helpful, too. Will definitely recommend.
