Fun, friendly, and fantastic! Had an amazing experience at Primp and Blow Austin, TX. I’m not a local and found the salon online. The great reviews were correct! Makenzie did a wonderful job doing my hair. Due to the humidity in Austin, my hair drooped. I called and was happy to find that she would be able to redo my curls. Oribe products, super cute ambiance, and fabulous service! I highly recommend!
Molly did my wife’s hair and makeup for our anniversary and she was absolutely blown away with the entire experience. Very professional and fast. She will definitely be back very soon!
Excellent experience for my dry style appointment this week! The staff was very accommodating with fitting my appointment into their schedule and very welcoming on the day of. She smoothed my thick long hair into lovely soft curls. I was on-point at my special business event. This is the second time I booked here for myself and my daughter has also had a great experience with the blow out and hot tool service. I will return!
Primp and Blow was great; services are fast, reasonably priced, and convenient. My appointment was at 9:00a.m. and I was on time but my hair stylist never showed up. If I got her name, I'd let everyone know. Thankfully, JC stepped in and took me on as his client. Even though he had to start after 9:00 because we were waiting for my original stylist, my hair was done at 9:54 and it was a fantastic blow out and flat iron. I recommend JC if anyone goes, he's there on Sundays.
Hair was great! Nice soft blowout just like I asked for. 10/10. Makeup?….. oh man. I had to stop the service in the middle of it so I could go home and scrub it off (and re-do it). I mean it was bad. Streaky face makeup, patchy eyeshadow, no coverage on problem areas. I still paid for half of the service because I felt bad saying that I hated it. But that was $25 down the drain.
