Chase & team from Prince Roofing did an excellent job of replacing 3 skylights at my home in Cincinnati. 3 Velux skylights, with remote controlled shades, were installed. Communication was excellent, the cost of the project fair and completed in a timely manner. I highly recommend Prince Roofing for your home roofing project.
We have an older home with two separate brick chimneys that have become deteriorated over time. After all the rain we got this spring, we noticed a leak by one of the chimneys. I called Prince Roofing and Chase stopped by later that day to take a look. Problem was diagnosed: cracked concrete top, missing mortar/bricks, flashing issue, & needed covers. Prince Roofing is one of the “best contractors” I’ve hired. I needed several exterior repairs done on my house. Mr. Prince assessed my concerns, gave reasonably priced estimates, and the project was completed on time as quoted.
We noticed some water damage in our ceiling after recent heavy rains, and Chase quickly came and diagnosed the problem and gave us a fair estimate. He thoroughly explained the problem to us, and got us on his schedule quickly. Chase was really easy to work with and we have peace of mind knowing that he does quality work. Would recommend to all.
