They did not come back for two months later to check around to see how the deck was holding up. It’s been three months and some of the stuff is already warping because they tightened it too much. They need to do follow-up to see and check on the work afterwards.

They did not do a good job.
At first the work was very nice but after a month the railings already broke and I had to call service to come out and make repairs. My railings are way too loose and move too freely. They are already about to break. Weak infrastructure.
They initially told us it would take 2 weeks and it actually took 3 months. There was very little communication and sometimes they showed up and sometimes not. I felt they were unreliable.

We saw the work done at our neighbors house and we were self referred by our neighbors. We would do the same thing if anyone asked us.
Very disappointed with the quality of the work. Failed electrical inspection on January 4th 2021. Made several calls to try to get issues resolved. Once we signed the final paperwork for the loan they pretty much ignored us. The workers were supposed to clean the area every day..they did not, we had...
