After they finished (when they moved around) they messed up on my yard. It looks so terrible. I called them to come back and do something. They said to wait for a couple of months until November or December. They finished the job in August. The patio looks great, but with that it looks ugly. My yard looks like crap.
They need to ask around as far as pricing. We had neighbors who had larger projects but paid far less than us.
The company charges too much for the quality of work. They do not have good quality control practices. The contractor did not follow the plans that were agreed upon. I had to spend a lot of time following up and correcting discrepancies. One defect was not corrected because they would have to re-cut the material to make it look right. So they said it was alright and would allow the under decking to breath. Not recommended
There no way I would recommend PWI to anyone! They have my money, enjoy it.
I don't think the plans from the project manager and the designers were aligned together correctly.
Overall, I would not recommend Prince William Home Improvement. The initial cost of a 10x12 natural wood deck was ridiculous.
